stupid fly has been inside the house for like 8 hours now just hiding somewhere quietly and the minute i said im going to sleep she decided to start flying around all over my room

#i opened the window to go hung some clothes and she came in immediately and went to the living room and i couldn't find her anywhere #so i let her be #but now she is making so much noise and i tried to get her out but she just isnt interested #so now i have the fly making noise and my feet are frozen cause i opened the window and it's really cold outside #also theres a small spider on my curtain but that is just not my problem. she can exist there for a while. maybe eat a fly while shes there #also the fly was just sitting on a lamp for a few minutes? like isnt that too hot? #jo says stuff #personal ramblings

#i have a blood circulation disorder that essentially means that when i get super cold i Can’t Warm Up without outside help #my feet will stay frozen for literally Hours and won’t warm up unless i stick em in a lukewarm bathtub or smth similar

ive had one of those microwave stuffed animal (heghog) heating apparatuses for ages and ive only just now thought to use it as a new age bed warming pan. my feet are so warm this is heaven

#like I'm doing good! objectively speaking I'm actually doing really good because i couldn't even study before November! #i was pushed around by my parents and forced to do traumatic moves and had untreated healt issues that made it impossible for me to study #and then more issues with the cold here and then i just didn't have a computer that worked and and and #i actually did an immense amount of progress in the short time I've been allowed to #i still feel like shit tho #I'm really proud of how good i got in uhhhh tbh 4 months #January and February were so cold that i could barely think #my feet got so frozen that my toes still hurt......
