I didn’t start because of others

Hi, to introduce myself to all of you, well I’m an 18 year Old Girl and i‘m fat. I was already fat to begin with Junior high school, everyone would notice, my teacher would use me as a comparison “you don’t want to be fat like her” but i never really cared, i noticed it but i didn’t have any sort of feelings whenever people would say i’m fat directly or indirectly. There were times that i was conscious but i never felt the need to be thin, the need to loose weight. Maybe it was because at home my parents didn’t really bother giving attention on my body, they did but it wasn’t so heart and head hurting. I weighed 64 kg during 10 grade i was 14 years old pero i wasn’t really wide well for me hahahha. After moving up to 11th grade i moved, moved away from my parents and stayed with my brother to study in Philippines. I don’t remember what my weight was but i was obese. Again I didn’t really take track of my weight cause i didn’t want to hurt my self mentally and just downgrade myself. But people were casually just talking or teasing me about my fats. I’d laugh cause again it was normal. After a bit of adjusting i started to jog every morning cause i just wanted to. I jogged with my brother before going to school, i had activities that made me move (dancing), i also applied for muai thai classes. I did it because it was so fun!! I didn’t care if i had classes as long as i had done muai thai or i had jog even if i had a ton of things to do, i felt better. I really didn’t notice my weight but i was really happy and felt so good. Then people would comment on how i lost weight, i dropped to 60 kg it wasn’t a big drop but ifelt good and better bout myself and i gained confidence,but then I was a lot more conscious afterwards.

I was very very conscious. As people commented on my body “fat” “ less fat” but still i was fat and i still looked fat. Though i felt good, i felt bad i was reminded that I didn’t look good,

Then I stopped jogging because i was tired from school, i was a bit broken because i was used by a very trusted friend but those are just excuses i know. But it’s so tiring. I miss the feeling of being happy, being strong, being able to do push ups. I checked my weight just today i weigh 68 kg. People still tell me i lost weight i wasn’t anymore, i just kept gaining and gaining. I didn’t really keep track anymore after a 2 years. I was irregularly going to the gym just to loose fats. But i was weighing my Baggage and i just wanted to see. I found that i currently weigh 68. THAT’s A WHOLE LOT

I’m a first year college student, and i really want to be fit and lean. I don’t want to be thin i want to be strong and lean. So This is one of my 2019 resolution

I’ll work out, Jog, do muaithai again and be fit. To strengthen my stamina physically and mentally hahahah
