Though he never tires of telling people the story of his scar he is very hesitant to show it--even Lysa never got a good glimpse at it. Though he gains strength from the events that caused it he despises being pitied, and he's vain enough to hate having his body wrecked.

Send ღ for a LOVE/SEXUALITY headcanon.

Petyr's very adapt at being able to have sex without emotion--after all, he got where he was being using his body and feigning pleasure. Which is not to say that he does not enjoy sex and pleasure, but he can divorce it from emotions and view it both as this thing he submits to for greater status and nothing more than a release.
