Mostly just practice ✌️ and being obsessed with art YouTubers since I was little haha. My first drawings were like, recreations of “how 2 draw chibi face” :,) But yeah, mostly drawing because it is fun (fanart is a good motivator), and then mixing that with trying to improve through studies, tutorials, art classes, ect.

THE art kids #they were so cool…. they played warrior cats and let me join in even tho I never read them #or knew what was going on #I was just assigned ‘medicine cat’ and went with it #they also made like. scratch animations #and showed me YouTube + heathers #I was a sheltered child #a sheltered anxiety ridden child #so the fact they watched ~anime~ and drew hetalia instantly elevated them to Super Cool status in my eyes #anyways I moved and was like. this is it: my opportunity to become the art kid #and I did #Yipee happy ending #(don’t tell anyone I was also a theater kid) #moral of the story if you were weird in elementary school you def had a secret admirer who also wanted to be weird but was too quiet lol
