J   :   JEALOUSY.     Is your s/o easy to get jealous in a relationship?

With his fucking insecurities? Most definitely Nero is the jealous type - even when he really doesn't want to be but he just can't help with those insecure thoughts and fear of abandonment about that one day you'll wake up and find someone so much better than him - someone...normal, and he's more than terrified of that possibility becoming true. However at the end of the day his worries are put at slight ease when your arms wrap around his neck and you pepper your sweet kisses across his cheeks that makes his inner demon pure out, he basks in your loving warmth. 

What was he thinking? This is you we're talking about, if you're unhappy he knows that if you'll talk to him about it and whatever you wish to do about that he will absolutely respect your choice no matter what. But until or if ever that day comes, he's going to make sure his damndest that you're the happiest person on earth - demons and the demon world be damned.

Kyrie was Nero's first ever relationship and of course his first ever kiss; and since then lots of things have happened like the two of them respectfully breaking off things when they finally had the freedom of discovering themselves after the fall if the order to which both their discoveries led to them both realizing that it wouldn't work between them and that fateful decision eventually leading Kyrie to Nico and Nero to you. So that being said...you're Nero's second ever relationship and oh boy does it show with how awkward the man starts out with trying to express any kind of affection. 

When first prepping himself up to go for the romantic approach when kissing you for the first time he actually does a pretty good job with it! He'd walked you home one night after a night out and seen you up to your front door. Doing the little nose rub thing he does when he's flustered telling you how much he enjoyed the night out with you, smiling like an idiot when you giggle and agree that you had fun too. With the nice gentle glow of his devil bringer in your hand he mentally tells himself to just do it, that it shouldn't be that hard - he's already done it a few times before, he's ready to kiss you! So looking into your eyes and brushing a strand of hair behind your ear as he leans in closer to your face, his cheeks growing hotter and hotter with each passing second and all previous confidence he had quickly tanking until he freezes in place inches away from your lips. Now you're used to seeing Nero red faced, the guy yells a fuck ton and when he gets pissed - he gets fucking PISSED. However seeing, this particular shade on his entire face is...quite hard for you to keep your giggles in at how fucking adorable it is and with a sigh through your nose does your lips meet up with his the rest of the way. 

Like expected those first few things are awkward and fumbled on his part but just give him time and he'll quickly find his cocky confidence more and more with each and every kiss until it's you that's the one who's hot faced flustered mess, which to Nero perfectly suits you.

N   :   NAUGHTY.   What is your s/o like in bed?

Same logic with K, however with Kyrie he didn't come this far and well sexual education wasn't exactly taught well in the Order so in this field he has absolutely no idea the hell he's doing so you're going to have to be the one to show him the ropes first. Nero is definitely a fast learner when it comes to learning new skills so everything you tell him (I.e where/how to touch, which fingers go where, good starting pace, etc) it takes him no longer than a snap for it to click with him and get you crying out for him in no time at all. 

Once he gets enough experience to know fully what he's doing he tends to like things rough and fast, instances he can get so lost in the moment and just...let go. However, of course the youngest Sparda can be definitely sweet and have absolutely no problem if you want to take things gentle for the night, spending up to the very early hours of morning worshiping your lips with the sweetest rock of your swaying hips together your flesh covered all sorts of filth and markings (mostly on you, on Nero his tend to not completely but mostly heal and clear up minutes after your teeth leave his skin) making the sweetest love like it was your last day on earth.

J   :   JEALOUSY.     Is your s/o easy to get jealous in a relationship?

No, not necessarily mostly because of the Vergil in him saying that he doesn't need to, you're your own person and you make your own choices and you chose to be with him because you love and trust one another so there's no need to feel such foolish feelings about 'competition' - because there isn't one. But that won't stop our lovely poet from turning his summons on 'sore losers.' Speaking of summons, Shadow and Griffon since being tied so directly to V are the actual two to get jealous "On goth Shakespeare over there's behalf," ...and oh boy, there has been quite a few guys that have been 'barbequed' and smack talked (or had their car shat on like that one time) via Griffon and/or growled, chased, or almost skewered by Shadow. 

K   :   KISS.  Is your s/o a good kisser? why / why not?

Well yes of course, even though he doesn't have that much experience (both as Vergil and his during his own time since being 'born') but he's quite a natural talent when it comes to it. His lips were just made for kissing, being to full and lush, seconds after they meet yours it's just easy to find your mind cutting off and just how time seems to just stop as your head spins, his tongue gently wrestling with yours that you don't even realize he's stopped until he's pulled back with cold metal of his rings flushed against your cheek with a loving smile. 

N   :   NAUGHTY.   What is your s/o like in bed?

Given how fragile his body is he can't go too hard without over exhausting himself or potentially hurting himself, however, just because he doesn't have the physical endurance that the rest of the Sparda men have doesn't mean that can't fuck you to the same result; a fucked out satisfied mess. 

V is the absolute king when in comes to dirty talk like he uses that voice that you hear in game (ex; "pin em to the wall", "I taking my time", ect.) in bed and it's just 😤👌. All depending on your preferences the things he says can vary; to either the more traditional 'dirty talk' how slutty your hole is just begging for him to go faster with how badly your squeezing around his fingers - to more gentle praises of encouragement such as him telling you how sweet you sound and how good you're doing for him and that you can last just a little longer so both of you can come together as his arms wrap around your waist and his hands clasp your ass as he guides your bounces while you ride him.

Zoro is...meh with hugs, he doesn't go out giving them but if he were to receive one, depending on the person, he might not fight against it. 

When in an embrace with Zoro, it's always an experience of a sudden burst of supporting warmth, his arms safely wrapped around your waist so he can tuck his face in the crook of your neck and just...take you all in. The Marimo have a very comforting aura to him, that it is very easy to feel safe and protected in his presence.

Given his Zoro nature, you're most likely the first real relationship he's ever been in so at first his kisses are very clumsy, awkward, and he's isn't exactly sure where to put his hands at the start. However, when Zoro is determined to learn something he ends up mastering it eventually so his kisses much later on are breath stealing and completely ravaging with passion and he never fails to make you an absolute to turn you into a heated face mess when he's done. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

This is Zoro we're talking about, the man tends to sleep just about anywhere to the point where sleeping in an actual bed is rare, although in the moments he just sleep in his hammock that he shares with you he loves for you to sleep on his chest as the two of you sway along as the Sunny sails forth. However, depending on how you can put up with it or not he has a very bad problem of snoring - loudly - to the point where it can actually keep you up at night. If he falls asleep before you do, he has very soft hair for you to play with your fingers as a way for you to relax yourself and drift into dreams. 

Law 

E   :   EMBRACE.   Does your s/o like hugs? what are their hugs like?

Law can be...awkward with touch at times. So with hugs, most times Law will stand there and just not really know where to put his hands, he's just not really used to any type affection like just (except from a certain fluffy polar bear) Now you are his partner after all, so it's not like he minds hugs and embraces from you it's just he has moments where he's not sure how to exactly return it, especially in the beginning of your relationship. It's in his mind that with one wrong move you would shatter like glass and he definitely doesn't want that. But with time he gets better with it, each hug he lets himself completely become drowned by the warm safe feeling. So yeah, Law loves your hugs. 

At first it can seem rather awkward, with him not sure where to put his hands and becoming rather stiff, but with time they become more and more comfortable, sensual, and lasting much longer. He also tends you stay quiet, letting you talk or just basking in the wonderful familiar sound of silence.

Yes, you see not only does he have some experience under his belt, but Law is quite the visual learner and he learns things quite quickly so once he learns just the right way you like for him to kiss you, he doesn't just go with that he messes around to learn how to even make it better and even more swoony and light headed. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Well first of all with the man's insomnia and his workload it's a miracle sometimes to even get him to go to bed in the first place. At this point you've lost count of the number of the times you've had to walk into his office to catch him pass out at his desk and drag his ass back to bed. But the times you actually do manage to convince him to sleep on an actual mattress, you'll find he actually doesn't move that much in his sleep. The position that he eventually conks out in is the position he'll most likely wake up in the next morning so he honestly makes a good pillow to sleep on without the fear he'll squash you in his sleep. And of course Law is an amazing person to talk to before actually going to bed, he can keep up with a conversation just about anything with his own interesting opinions and questions, it's just a rather comforting experience to talk about random bullshit without the anxieties of the actual current state of things in the world and it's definitely something Law very much appreciates being able to do with you.

Vergil 

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

The touch of another person is...something that Vergil hasn't felt in a very long time, and even before his corruption by Mundus it wasn't something he would actively seek out anyway, to him human affection was nothing but a foolish human need to feel validation. However, after spending twenty years as an empty, lonely, absent willed, walking husk, his opinion of that has changed to where he now absolutely craves it. Now with Vergil being Vergil he isn't exactly one to ask for such things and honestly at first he isn't sure exactly how, so either he's going to stand there awkwardly hoping that you'll get the hint that he wants to be affectionate with you, so you're going to be the one have to initiate things until he gets more comfortable opening himself up to intimacy with you. 

Once some time has passed and he feels more intune with being affection, in your moments in privacy fully expect a new more softer side to him; one that with pepper sweet kisses to each of your knuckles, one that will read to you quietly in bed, one that will let you sit on his lap whilst he cleans up Yamato's blade, one that will wrap his arms around your waist and rest his head to your shoulder and sway around with you all while humming the soft tune of his mother's old lullaby. 

I    :   I LOVE YOU. Does your s/o find ‘I love you’ easy or hard to say?

Extremely hard. After everything he's done, a large part of him doesn't believe he deserves someone anymore that makes him feel...so human, like you do and Vergil isn't one to really share his feelings that often anyway. You do mean a lot to him and he definitely has a way of saying it non verbally by his body language like how softer the tone of his voice and his gaze is whenever you're nearby, the held back movements of his hands to try and resist the urge to intertwine your fingers together and as well by his actions like letting you hold on to his most precious items; his book and the Yamato. 

So the act for him to say the words themselves out loud is a very big deal to him and it doesn't usually happen a lot so in the instances where he does say it you always know he's being absolutely nothing but serious. When the words are said, it's usually in private after something intense or significant has happened. They always tend to come out quite and very clearly spoken, if there's any hesitation it's most likely due to him just looking at you - still seeing that you're there with him (and also taking in how radiant you look) In these moments he just holds you close and stays quiet to just take everything in, heavenly comforted by your presence with him. 

K   :   KISS.  Is your s/o a good kisser? why / why not?

Absolutely every member of the Sparda family is, even though he has very little experience the son of Sparda just has an absolute talent for just making anyone light headed and heart swoony by just the deep look he gives you like there's absolutely nothing else in the entire world that it's only you he's enamored with. His hand securely on your cheek, thumb grazing your bottom lip, before the deep look in his eyes lightly softens as he leans in and all possible breath just leaves you. The kiss itself doesn't even have to last more than a few seconds, you couldn't even tell with the feeling of all time just stopping. When the two of you pull away it's one of those rare moments Vergil smiles following with a sly remark about how the silly look you have on your face right now. 

Dante

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

The man absolutely LIVES for it. When hanging out together always expect him to have some sort of hold on you whether it be in his lap at the office, an arm around your waist as you fix dinner, your hands intertwined together as you together walk to Fredi's, a deep embrace into a longing kiss as he leaves for a long job, you name it. He's all about showing you that love and affection. 

When he's having one of his rough days is when he appreciates you to hold him and distract him from his plaguing mind. Run your fingers through his silvery locks, press sweet kisses to his cheeks and kiss any of the devil's tears he might have, do anything you want with him he more than appreciates the helping comfort. 

I    :   I LOVE YOU. Does your s/o find ‘I love you’ easy or hard to say?

Like I said in H, Dante is very hesitant when it comes to anything with a relationship, especially with a human. There's just way too many things wanting him and the rest of his family dead all because of some type of beef with his old man. However, if Dante finds the one he knows he found the one no matter how much his demonic senses are screaming at him otherwise he just can't help but to fall for you and promises himself that he will let nothing like what happened to his mother happen to you. But still, even once you're in the relationship he still is hesitant to actually say those words he knows once he does he can't go back from them. 

I feel after he says them the first time, that he'll feel the weight off of his shoulders and find himself not being able to stop saying them. He absolutely adores you and he's enchanted by the feeling that he gets when he tells you he loves you and it always puts whatever troubles he has at gentle ease when your sweet voice returns them. 

K   :   KISS.  Is your s/o a good kisser? why / why not?

Like I said everyone in Sparda's family are naturally talented at kissing (his descendants got the genes from Eva) and this is Dante, the cheesy romantic, he'll give you a very dumb flirtatious line before pulling out a rose out of thin air to put in your hand (yeah, that skill he somehow how has) and give it to you before providing you with the widest of smirk and tilting your head back so that your lips gently caress his. Once the two of you pull away, he always has the most gentlest of expressions on his face. The look in his eyes as he gazes upon you, his hand still on your face, is one of pure infatuation. Your his whole world after all.

But in privacy Hancock  is all about affection both giving and receiving, you're one of the most precious beings to her besides her sisters and Luffy. Her hugs are very warm and comforting, in her arms you feel safe and protected as her fingers softly comb through your hair and she softly hums. Also she's still insecure about touches to her back so when she does give them always make sure your arms are wrapped around her waist, hips, or anywhere that isn't where the celestial dragon's hoof is. 

Hancock makes sure to pour every ounce of love she can in every single time she embraces you so that you know without a doubt that she loves you. Law isn't a character I write for often so I hope this came out alright!

X   :   XOXO.   does your s/o use pet names?

In public? Not really, however since you're most likely a part of his crew in the first place to even be in a relationship in the first place like with the rest of his crew your name gets the 'ya' honorific dropped, but for Law this is a definite sure way of a sign of trust so it's special in it's own right. Although different from the rest of the crew, Law tends to say your name more...often, like going to any lengths to say it, which yeah might sound weird but it's Law, he does show affection but it's just less 'obvious.' 

He just really likes the sound of your name, to where it itself becomes its own pet name though that doesn't mean he can't go for more 'traditional' pet names in the privacy of your own shared room. Traditional pet names usually happen when in bed and it's three in the morning and you've just dragged the insomniac doctor away from his work. In these moments Law is tired and quiet, his head resting in the creak of your neck and his breath calmly fanning your shoulder. This is the time to gently comb your fingers through his hair and just talk whatever random thought comes to mind in hopes of lulling both of you to sleep. The term 'love' is what's usually used in these soft tender moments, when Law doesn't have to put up a front and he can let all the stress over the government and the Yonko just go and forget about cruelty in his life and just...relax for once. He enjoys talking sweetly with you and revels with your touch until he can finally let his eyes close to rest for the night. 

Y   :   YOURS.   does your s/o get protective/possessive easily?

Law most definitely gives you your space, he knows that you can most definitely handle yourself in a fight and deal with most issues from people that come your way. Mostly. However Law does worry, mostly about his past coming back to bite him in the ass and therefore also biting you and the rest of the crew as well and he doesn't want that - that's why he chose to deal with Doflamingo the way he did...then the Strawhat pirates stepped in. So Law does get protective/possessive but it all depends on the situation. For instance if you're on the Sunny and a certain Strawhat is bouncing around on deck demanding a certain nosebleed cook for meat, Law will be on guard and ready to room you out of the way if you're so happen in the way of the rubber man. Then there are other instances where if someone is hitting on you, Law will watch and wait to see how you handle it. If you're able to easily shut it down then he'll feel no need to interfere, however if that's not the case and if most clearly are showing signs of being uncomfortable then he has no problem stepping in and handling the issue (Law shambling people's hearts isn't always the answer) 

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

Law does show affection, it isn't just as 'obvious' to the common eye...is what Law likes to think. From like said previous, he likes to say your name often and not only does it reassure him that you’re still there with him with each response, deep down...he really likes the feeling he gets in his chest when he says it. When your out on deck or in his operation room together he’ll usually stand right beside you as he’s working on whatever he might be at the given moment but he’ll ask you to hand him whatever he needs and when he takes it from you there’ll be a lingering moment where he doesn’t pull his hand away and the benefits of moments you'll see his eyes soften at the feel of your touch (and maybe the tiiiinest of smiles on his lips) 

Law also tends you compliment your skills a lot, you are a valued member of the crew after all but when he does he gets a different look in his eyes than if he were complimented anyone else in the crew and when he comes over to see whatever you do he places a gentle hold on your shoulders while he talks to you. Of course there's the normal look of pride, he's proud of everyone on the Polar Tang that has got him this far but there's that subtle look of admiration that just...suits him. He's extremely proud to call himself your partner.

Hi hazel! I really do love writing for these too and I'mso happy to do so again, they both have so little x reader writing content for them and it's a crime - but anyway I hope you enjoy!

Yamato 

F   :   FLIRT.   Is your s/o good at flirting? how do they flirt?

I mean, this is Yamato who probably has zero or little relationship experience so he has absolutely ZERO idea how to successfully 'flirt'. He knows for a fact that he likes you, but he has no idea how to show it and given the people around him he it's not like he really has anyone to go to for advice (at first he decided to bite the bullet and ask his father but all he got in return was drunk rambling about how Charlotte Linlin dumped him when they were younger so yeah...not exactly helpful) So Yamato goes to where he usually goes when he needs advice; Oden's journal. 

But unfortunately nothing in what Oden said taught him in any way how to show how you tell someone you like them- however, it did give the Yonko's son an idea! 

So you know how cats will bring you dead things as presents? Well, Yamato has a similar tactic. It's not a dead thing per say but it's a pile of stronger members of his father's crew to impress you with his strength! Now it doesn't do exactly what he wanted, you did give him an earful with how he could've gotten himself hurt and his father would bitch at him for hurting his men again (because if he is going to get the one piece he's going to have to at least keep a full crew) But Yamato only laughs it off and says how if he's going to compare to Oden in any way that he can handle it. You can't help but to roll your eyes and give him a peck on the cheek; saying you're glad he's okay. He touches his cheek as you proceed to walk away (carefully stepping around the groaning bleeding beast pirate pile) leaving him mesmerized. 

Wow, he thinks to himself, I'm good at this flirting thing. 

X   :   XOXO.   does your s/o use pet names?

Yup! Nothing too crazy, mostly just shorten versions of your name or something cute that reminds you of him. Oh and he has absolutely no shame addressing you as such in the presence of others, no matter how embarrassing. However, the only exception to this rule is around his father, especially when he's sober, and the people who are directly under him (such as the Tobi roppo and Calamities) he doesn't want anything to happen to you which could happen if his father is aware of your relationship and he uses you as some sort of leverage when Yamato lashes out against physical confrontations with his father. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Yamato snores...very loud and he tends to shift in turn a lot in his sleep, and given his size he could easily crush you. Now he knows both things and feels very bad about it, especially the potential crushing part, and he tries his best to make it where both things aren't as much as an issue and is willing to do any adjustments needed so these aren't problems. But besides that, our man is definitely a fan of snuggles so fully expect him to rub his face against yours or your neck and softly hum against you as he lets you play and pet his soft white-neon hair. 

Kiku 

F   :   FLIRT.   Is your s/o good at flirting? how do they flirt?

Oh definitely and Kiku definitely knows how to be subtle about it, but not too much to where you can easily get the hint and be left sitting there with scorching warm cheeks. From light touches to your hands and shoulders, to slightly brushing hair out of your eyes with such an adoring smile that rockets your heart out of your chest, to long simple hugs that just last a few drawn out moments than it should've. 

X   :   XOXO.   does your s/o use pet names?

Yes, if that's what you want however in her opinion she likes to say your name more often because to her - well for one it sounds so pretty and it most definitely suits you and two you mean so much to her that your name has so much meaning and feeling to it than any other possible pet name ever could. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Well Kiku is tall, so of course whatever bed the two of you sleep in is of course is going to have to fit to her size - you most definitely refuse to let her be uncomfortable by cramming herself in a normal size bed or cot (like that sounds unhealthy) Given to her size it's so easy to lie on her chest as a pillow to sleep and honestly she finds you so adorable when doing so and most nights she'll watch you sleep and let her fingers soft comb through your hair the sounds of you breathing calming her and slowly lulling her slumber as well.

Yes he is, he's an experienced lover so I would definitely say he knows how to make anyone light headed by just one suave kiss. Though of course after all his devil fruit his skin definitely tends to be dry at times so he has to keep both a hand bottle of lotion for his hand and chapstick for his lips in the confines of his coat at all times, not just for his own sake but also for yours as well, he definitely doesn't want you kisses chapped lips after all.

In his book, he definitely appreciates looks but it's your personality and trust level that means the most to him. He lives quite the dangerous life on the run and keeping low from the marines so you have to be able to handle yourself at least a little bit (he can always have Daz watch over and protect you anyway) and be suited for that sort of life. Again his job has a lot of dark aspects to it and he does a lot of fucked up things that you have to deal with him doing, even if there's choices you don't agree with, so his ideal partner would be someone just as morally grey as him and that he can put heavy trust into to get things done.

Eh, yeah I'd say so, it all depends on if you're okay with such rough kissing or not. He can definitely be clumsy but with how passionate and lustful he can get with them, he can definitely leave you on edge of wanting more. But in those rare moments just laying in bed alone together with all the thoughts of the hellish current state of the world behind the door, Kid can definitely be gentle and softer, with light grazes with his human limb down your arm as he takes you all in. 

P   :   PARTNER.   what does your s/o look for in a partner? looks/and or personality?

Definitely loves looks and he'll more than gladly make that fact know, but he also looks into personality. Sure, he won't admit it aloud but his ideal partner is someone less chaotic than him, someone more grounded that can call out his bullshit and snap him into shape when he's clearly in the wrong.

M   :  MILESTONE.  what was the exact moment your s/o realised they had feelings for you?

It was right after the encounter with Kuma on Thriller bark, afterwards the crew partied away in celebration of Moria's defeat when Zoro laid Yubashiri to rest. He hadn't spoken about what happened with Kuma (not that anyone else other than the love cook and unbeknownst to him, Robin, anyway) or anything else that transpired on the island really, his captain's head was still on his shoulders and he just wanted to get off this damn island as soon as possible and get the crew to Fishman Island. 

When you sat next to him by the gravesite he didn't mind it, after all your company doesn't bug him especially when you have a jug of sake to offer to share with him. The two of you sit together in comfortable silence as the alcohol burns down his throat before passing the jug back to you with a quiet; "Thanks, (Name)." From the corner of his eye he watches how your expression shifts from several different emotions before finally swigging the jug back to down some alcohol yourself. 

"I get why you did it." These are the words Zoro feels his entire body freeze by. You tell him how you made physically tried making yourself from passing out in that moment in attempts to help continue with the fight and that you managed long enough to watch Zoro make the deal with Kuma but not long enough to see that the Warlord actually did, but you took it from how beat up and unconscious he was by the end of it, it was extremely rough. 

"You're one tough and lucky bastard, you know that? I hate that you can...be so fucking stubborn at times to end up so critically injured and to go that much far in attempts to save Luffy but - I think if it were anyone else of us, I think we'd do the same thing. Though even that's the case I - " You take a deep breath through your nose before in a quieter voice saying; "I still care and worry about you so at least allow me to be mad at you for almost getting your ass killed at least a little bit." Zoro stays silent, the look in his eyes unreadable as he finally looks over to you and his eyes dart all around your face before closing with a sigh, when they finally open they soften a little bit with his old smirk and sly retort. With that you stand back up with a stretch.

"I'm going back to the Sunny, when you're done here make sure you don't get lost along the way, okay? I don't feel like coming back and having to drag your ass back." He rolls his eyes with a snort. "I know where the ship is, (Name)." You cock a brow "Do you?" A light blush tints his his that only gets darker when you reach down and peck a kiss to his check before slugging the sake jug back onto your shoulder and making your way back to the ship. 

Zoro takes a moment to notice the weird feel in his chest and looks to where Yubashiri is buried for a moment to collect his thoughts. He cares for you, he knows that much and if he learned anything from here it's that he's going to get even stronger if he wants to protect his family. He promises himself he's going to let nothing happen to you.

You're your own person so you deserve your own space just like he does. However, given to current moods and situations, Zoro might feel the need to have you right next to him just so that anyone with troublesome ideas knows if they're looking to cause you trouble that'll they'll then have to go through him first.

Shanks 

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

It's Shanks, he's a very physically/touchy touchy kind of guy, when he's anywhere he's always going to have some kind of touch on you whether it be his surviving hand entangled with yours or placed on your shoulder or head or your ass, his chin tucked either on your shoulder while you sit on his lap at the loud bar or/and if he taller than you the top of your head while you stand out together on deck, and most commonly his arm around your waist so he can hold you close, thinking it's absolutely adorable when you lay your head on his chest or shoulders depending on your height. 

All forms of physical affection he absolutely craves and it keeps him grounded and constantly reminds him what's important, you two live in a dangerous world and with both his occupation as an Emperor and the Era shattering times you both currently live in the targets on his back grow larger every day endangering the lives of you and the rest of the Red Haired Crew - something even when he's the most wasted ass on this side of the Grandline he's actively aware and he is more than ready to defend and fight for his family when the need be. 

Q   :  QUESTION. How would your s/o ask the big question?

Well, to many factors (most of them tied to the World Government) 'real' weddings and marriages are often viewed as pointless in most pirate's eyes (unless you're Big Mom who does it for every other reason except love) If you love someone, you love someone and you have their backs until death and there's no 'official' step to get to that, the pirate life is dangerous and especially given recent years you'll never know when you'll see the next sunrise with someone again and that's why you fight and make each one count. Shanks loves you and thinks there's no point in it if the two of you already love each other and came this far and going strong and his mind doesn't change until he finds out that you're interested in getting married and that he stands back and looks at it from a different point. 

Well for starters, this is something you're interested in so doing it would make you happy which he always loves to see. Next, it might be 'pointless' but hell out of everything the crew has fought it deserves a handing of pointless fun (Shanks your crew literally drinks out a whole bar every time you go to a new island) and you know that wedding ceremony is going to be one hell of a party, one that'll get even Hawk eyes sloshed under the table. Finally and most majorly, what really gets his heart to rattle in his chest is thinking and imagining you be walked down the island clad in your fancy wedding attire tailored specifically just for you with his connections and how breathtakingly stunning you look, an image he daydreams for weeks a he debates with himself if he should ask you or not - a daydream that in the end finalizes that decision. 

Y   :   YOURS.   does your s/o get protective/possessive easily?

Yes, but not in the 'jealous' sense. Again from his occupation, connections to Roger, and all sorts of various knowledge and causing like I said in A many targets on his back so he kind of has to. Every person on his ship is there for a reason even if you can defend yourself with no problem and he knows it, hell not even with just you even with Benn or Yasopp who are masters with observation to see when danger is coming he can't help but to be aware and on standby in case that anything unpleasant rolls in, something that's clearly too much to handle and he can be ready to quickly jump in and get you out of there or to use a conquerors blast to knock out the threat. Occurrences like these are very rare to happen given the fact that majority of his crew can handle themselves and most people know not to actively with a Yonko crew unless your dumb enough you have a death wish or want to lose a limb (*cough cough* Kid *cough cough*) 

So whether you're at bars or just chilling out on any islands in the New World that's why your spot is either on his lap or in the spot next to him for reassurance which might come in the form of lots of grab ass and kisses. 

Benn Beckman 

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

Benn isn't really that much of an openly expressive individual so he isn't the type to openly initiate affection. He doesn't hate it, absolutely not he just rather be on the receiving end so that you can do what you feel comfortable with doing and he's just happy you're with him and that you keep him company. When in private he might open up a little bit by holding and kissing the palms of your hands before holding them up to his old worn face whispering the sweetest words imaginable and letting you lay on his chest and play with his graying hair before falling asleep together ready for another day on these dangerous seas. 

Q   :  QUESTION. How would your s/o ask the big question?

Same logic as with Shanks' part, 'real' weddings and marriages are viewed as pointless in the pirate world and like with Shanks it's only when he overhears that you're interested in getting married that he considers it and thinks it over for about a month or so and talks to Shanks to get in his opinion on the matter as both his captain and friend and opens about any worries he might have if this wedding would cause any unwanted attention that might ruin the day for you. Of course Shanks is supportive and excited for his first mate (as well for the wild party the wedding will bring) and he clears his mind of his worries, they're a Yonko crew if anyone is going to want to cause trouble they'll be more than ready to take care of it and continue the party like nothing happened before you know it. 

So, shortly after that discussion it isn't long before Benn has a ring box tucked in his back pocket and standing in front of your door, gathering himself together and the words he's going to say before giving the wood a couple of knocks before hearing your muffled response from the other side that you'll be there in a second. With a deep calming exhale from his nose, the first mate drops to one knee ring in hand and waits for the door of fate to swing open. 

Y   :   YOURS.   does your s/o get protective/possessive easily?

Again, being on a Yonko crew in the most dangerous waters in world he kind of has too always keep an eye out for any off guard catching dangers coming your way and greet them with a bullet (or rifle butt swing if he's feeling generous) Unlike with Shanks, Benn doesn't get too worried about any targets on his, yours, and the rest of the crews heads. Of course he isn't ignorant to them and he can clearly recognize the look in someone's eyes when they want him and the rest of the crew dead, but he has confidence that whatever threat can come that the crew can and will take care of it - even with a threat with someone like Teach and the evil his captain told about him, he might be powerful but as long as the crew can be careful when dealing with him together they can bring him down. 

But in the meanwhile Ben is fully confident in your abilities and he does trust your thinking but still that won't stop him from keeping his attention on you from the back of his mind, ready to jump in whenever necessary to help you out of harm's way.

Hello! I'm getting a lot of characters that I haven't wrote for that often and I'm not complaining! I hope you like!

Q   :  QUESTION. How would your s/o ask the big question? 

Crocodile is a very classy man, once he knows you're the one and you're standing with him through thick and thin he will do absolutely everything in his power to give you the world and then some. So bet your ass that he's going to go all out when it comes to proposing to you. Expect an exciting night on the port town of the island hopping to any store for anything that might catch your eye, expensive hotel suite with the entire building booked so it's just the two of you (that he may or may not have blackmailed the owner of the place into getting without any marine detection) delightful dinner with the most finest of wines, and surprisingly Crocodile actually opening up about himself saying deep sincere things only meant for your ears alone. 

It's in that moment, when the two of you sit on the edge of your hotel room balcony that nothing else seems to exist in the world - just you two. With how well this night has gone, Crocodile is reassured that he made the right choice by picking you to the point he can trust you with the deepest parts of himself that if you were anyone else he would kill them for knowing. No, he's not going to get down on one knee for you, but instead his old dry hand comes to cup your cheek, his rings cold against your skin, and in a deep quiet voice he asks you that simple question. 

R   :   ROMANCE.  Is your s/o a romantic?

Yes, he definitely has a traditional way of romance but this is Crocodile we're talking about and his work always has to come first and that's a number one thing you have to understand if you're going to be his partner. He might be cold hearted at times, but he's not complaining unloving. His trust with you has to be either 100% or nothing at all for you to be considered a loved one; so with his trust in you whenever he's not working he makes sure his damndest that you know how loved and appreciated you are to him. Whenever the two of you are in the privacy of his office or your shared room, always expect to be on his lap with a secure hook arm wrapped safely around your waist while he does paperwork or something of the sort. I'm hushed whispers expect him to tell you how brilliant you are and how proud he is to call you his partner followed by frequent kisses and playful bites all over your shoulders. And of course while he's on trips or just is very busy to where he can't spend that much time with you, expect the most expensive gifts of things you like  either on your nightstand every morning or delivered to you personally by Daz Bones.

Crocodile rather keeps things simple and rather traditional with names such as darling, love, and sweetheart. He finds personalized nicknames rather childish but if you were to call him anything of the sort he wouldn't necessarily complain about it, just shake his head and deny to himself how cute it sounds with your voice (like the one time you called him Mr Sandman and he almost choked on his whiskey) But the moment one if his subordinates calls him anything of the sort he won't hesitate to kill them - that's your special privilege to call him dumb childish things and your special privilege alone.

H   :   HEART.  Is your s/o quick or slow to give their heart away?

Slow, though if he knows you're the one, you're the one. However, what takes him so long to completely give himself over to you is his insecurities. He trusts and loves you absolutely without a doubt but he just can't...he wants to be open and honest with you but he just can't stop the voice in his head telling him that you'd regret ever being with him if you saw...well him. So it's until a half sober pep talk from Kid later until Killer finds the courage enough to confess to you and hesitantly takes off his mask to you, only to feel a pang of regret the mere second afterwards before going to put it back on - only to be stopped by you. You look at him for a few longing moments before letting out a gentle laugh asking if this what he was so nervous about, how handsome he is, which leaves the first mate breathless. As your lips flush against his, one thought echoes in his head and one thought only; how he was right. Not you regretting him - but how you're the one. 

R   :   ROMANCE.  Is your s/o a romantic?

Yes, absolutely! One way Killer expresses this is through his cooking! Both you and cooking are his passions after all so throw those two together and you have a romantic pasta date! 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

After a tiring day of dealing with Kid's antics (which is everyday) the two of you will get ready, take showers, brushing teeth, ect, before flopping exhausted onto your shared bed before morphing together into cuddle mode. Killer is a good person to talk to before bed,  always coming up with interesting philosophical questions or just venting about your captain to you but in the kiss the two of you end up tangled in each other's arms and lips before conking out to sleep. 

Vivi 

H   :   HEART.  Is your s/o quick or slow to give their heart away?

Vivi is still young and to me she's the type of person to fall for someone completely fast, however she has her duties as a princess so that might make her hesitant to start anything romantic with someone, but when she meets you she does fall extremely hard and just can't help but want to give you everything just to keep a smile on your face and this feeling in her chest. 

R   :   ROMANCE.  Is your s/o a romantic?

She's definitely a traditional romantic, she often daydreams of you sweeping her off her feet with roses in hand, slow dancing under soft candle light, heart swooning letters, all of it. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Being a princess and all Vivi has the softest of bed that even rivals the softest cloud in the white white sea, so sleeping together with her is an absolute dream because not only do you get such soft comfort but you have your lovely princess using your chest as a pillow, her azure hair gently tickling your skin. During these times, right before you drift off does she tell you stories of her journey with the Strawhat pirates and how she feels in her heart that she'll meet them again soon and with a bright loving smile she tells you she can't wait to introduce them to the love of her life, you.

Hello me from slightly in the future, for valentine's day go ahead write letters ODE with Vergil because you deserve to.

O   :   ODE.  Does your s/o have a way with words?

I mean yeah it's Vergil, everything he says tends to have refinement and class to it even the most snarky and sarcastic comments. Every word he says holds some sort of weight behind it, this doubles with his sentiments and praises towards you. Him saying the words "I love you" out loud is a rarity for him, however, mostly due to the fact it's something you already know because of the actions and way he speaks to you - his voice soft yet his tone of clear confidence of his feelings and of the pride he has having you as his partner. 

D   :   DATE.   what is your s/o's  ideal date?

A nice quiet date at a library, no noise to disturb the two of you and plenty of books of either poetry or history for himself to enjoy reading while you sit on lap either listen to him quietly read to you or for you two read your own book of choice - just a quiet calm date between the two. And well, libraries just tend to have the best spots for well…'heated activities.'

C: CHOCOLATE. Does your s/o like chocolate? If so what kind or if not what is their other preference of sweet?

When Vergil was a kid both he and Dante had a big sweet tooth for chocolate (hence the "I want chocolate!" "No I want the chocolate!" cutscene/flashback/whatever from dmc 1)  he more so over Dante, given the younger twin more favored strawberry sweets, and he didn't really have a preference for any types for he loved them all and would be very careful when eating them always making sure to keep some of the wrapper on it so he wouldn't he any chocolate on his book or clothes (unlike Dante who would always make a mess then the (younger) buffoon wondered why mother would yell at him) 

But now as an adult, Vergil doesn't partake in sweets anymore given all the...nauseating memories it brings him of that time. However, when you bring him the box of homemade chocolate brownies that Nero helped you make (because he's supportive and he deep down loves his dad and all) for valentine's day, the eldest son of Sparda can't help but to stare down at the sweet covered and directed with little blue hearts and his name with frosting and just feel...overwhelmed with tenderness and appreciation and he looks up at you with just that, as well as one of the most genuine smiles you've ever seen from him as he throws you into a tight embrace (but loose enough so you don't smoosh the brownie tray between the two of you.) 

From the corner of your eye you look over to see Nero awkwardly stand there scratching at the back of his head on the other side of the room, which you quickly gesture over for him to bring into the hug which he hesitantly joins into, like the happy little family you are.

Hello! Just a heads up I haven't watched lupin in a very hot minute (hopefully I can fix that) and basically did this by memory so forgive me if anything is a bit ooc! 

Lupin 

E   :   EMBRACE.   Does your s/o like hugs? what are their hugs like?

Of course Lupin likes hugs, he loves hugs! Every time he greets you expect to be tackled down by the master thief's embrace along with his long string of adoring phrases to go along with it. Hugs from him never fail to make you feel every ounce of love from every fiber of his being, you know because he's sweet like that. 

M   :  MILESTONE.  what was the exact moment your s/o realised they had feelings for you?

He remembers it vividly, it was after a heist that he of course went in over his head that he actually managed to get nicked a few times in the shoulder by stray shots from the cops. But this is Lupin of course, he's going to whine and bitch about how he "saw his life flashing before his eyes" to get some sympathy points out of you - which usually works on most people, however, this time it definitely doesn't work on you. He immediately cuts the bullshit once you start screaming and crying at how tired you are about all his crazy bullshit schemes and how much you worry with every job that one day…your worst fear will happen. 

It more than takes him off guard; it scares the shit out of him. He just wants to have fun and steal shit not...worrying you to the point of tears. He moves to adjust himself on the couch so that he can caress your cheek so that you look up at him, ready to rest your worries - but the moment he looks into your glossy tearfilled eyes he just...freezes. He isn't sure what it was at that moment, maybe it was just the fact you were showing actual genuine concern for him, but with his mouth agape and his dark eyes darting all over your features to him, none of the most expensive jewels could even compare to your beauty. With a sigh, he collects himself and quietly apologizes for acting so recklessly and that he promises that he'll keep your worry in mind, he cares about you and hates to see you cry after all. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Good luck actually keeping your IN the bed at night. Lupin tends to move around in his sleep quite often and quite frequently so it's quite easy to find yourself woken up at 2 am because your boyfriend kicked you mid slumber onto the floor. 

Jigen 

E   :   EMBRACE.   Does your s/o like hugs? what are their hugs like?

Jigen really isn't a touchy touchy sort of guy so hugs from him are very rare (when he isn't drunk; then he's just the affectionate drunk) But when you do find yourself in one of the rare sober embraces expect the feel of every single possible trouble you could have in your thought just completely vanish. These are very tender moments, as he wraps his arms around your waist and buries his face either into your neck or the top of your head. His presence just...seems to calm you, which isn't just the case for you because Jigen finds himself feeling the same way. There's no annoyance for whatever Lupin has recently done; it's just the feeling of the two of you together which Jigen definitely enjoys the feeling of. 

M   :  MILESTONE.  what was the exact moment your s/o realised they had feelings for you?

It was at some bar one night, the place only had a few other customers who kept to themselves so the place was actually quite quiet. He sat at the bar with you watching the ice swirl around in his glass as his attention went in and out of listening to you talk next to him. 

"Jigen?" 

He comes out of his trance when you gently shake his shoulder a bit and spills his drink out of his hand - the glass hitting the floor. A curse gritted through his teeth before saying his apologies to the person at the bar before he about went to bent over to clean it up until you already beat him to it which then as he mutters a thank before going to take out his wallet - you also beat him to it by slamming crash from your pocket onto the counter before going to continue your cleaning. 

After disposing of the glass you return to ask your previous question; was something on his mind? Jigen sighs as he looks back to his replacement drink. 

"Nope, just fine."

You watch how he downs the alcohol - you knew damn well that was a lie. You sip your own drink, taking a minute to down the burning sensation. You sigh, looking back over to him. 

"Jigen, we both know the truth. But I respect your choice - you don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. I'm just really glad I've gotten to know you over this time and - just like the rest of the crew, I'm here to listen if you ever need to vent or anything. I know how things...really can suck in our line of work." 

He takes a moment to meet your gentle gaze, your smallest of smiles and he can't help but to softly laugh to himself and how cliche your whole response was...although with a double take it does seem genuine so much in fact for the briefest of moments he actually considers opening up about his trust issues and everything surrounding that shitty situation. However he doesn't given that voice in the back of his head - you're different from most people he's met and he definitely cares about you and the rest of the crew and seeing your concern...does something to him and he feels if he acts on it it might ruin things. 

But give him a little bit more time to let him settle the inner debate with himself and then he'll open up to show you the wounds on his heart, wounds you can possibly help heal the tiniest of bits. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Jigen is a decent person to share a bed with, he doesn't tend to move around a lot in his sleep very much - tending to mostly likely wake up in the exact position he fell asleep in so there's no worries getting crushed or physically kicked out of bed in your sleep like there would be with somebody like Lupin. So with that Jigen makes an amazing pillow! You can easily nuzzle your face in his chest as he holds a gentle supportive grip around your waist and fall asleep in no time at all in cuddle hold.

K   :   KISS.   is your s/o a good kisser? why / why not? 

Shanks is talented at many things but one of the talents he's most proud of is his ability to catch you off guard, whether you're in conversation with Beckman just enjoying your drink he will be just sitting beside you (will he add being quite adorable) watching from the corner of his eye that a wide shit eating grin will spread wide on his lips before he'll suddenly snake his arm around your shoulders and push you closer to him; his lips immediately flushed against yours and a deep throaty chuckle as you let out a squeak from the the sudden action. His kisses never fail to leave you light headed, his tongue flickering against yours in your mouth so sweetly that you completely forget your surroundings and just can't help but to entangle your fingers through that signature red hair of his. When he pulls away nonchalantly to cheer for another round for the crew, that's when it all hits you as your lover's dorky laugh with the crew that breaks into an old shantie you can't help but feel your heart still racing and your cheeks noticeably warmer before you hide yourself back to your drink. 

E   :   EMBRACE.   does your s/o like hugs? what are their hugs like?

This is Shanks of course he loves hugs! The red haired bastard will go out of his way for affection (both giving and receiving) and will at any giving moment run up and tackle you in a hug (if you're comfortable with sudden random pda acts as this, if not he'll dial it back) But he doesn't just love giving hugs he also loves getting them, whether it's just out of the blue in his cabin or on deck it doesn't fail to bring a smile on his face. There's a lot of stress when being an emperor, sure the Red Haired Crew do tend to relax and party then most other emperors but don't let it fool you; Shanks thinks the current state of the world quite often and has to be ready whenever Teach or the Government finally decide to throw down their world destroying hammer. It's not exactly rare to see the exact moment these thoughts cross his mind during the crew's bar antics, the very moment where his face turns from his wide smile to loud laughter to his serious frown as he looks at his own reflection in his drink. In these moments, it's not good to disturb him from his serious thinking but he does appreciate it if you so happen to sit next to him with your head on his shoulder and a reaffirming hold on his chest, waist, or shoulders this will remind him he's not alone in this every single person that is on his crew is there for a reason and that he knows that once hell comes you'll all be ready for it. 

This Yonko gives the best comfortable hug in the entire Grandline. Sure, he might have one arm but that's what his tits are for! He likes holding the back of your head and just letting your face squish on his chest, it's a very secure feeling. His arm will also either rest on your lower waist in order to put his chin on the top of your head if you're shorter than him or on your shoulder if you're the same height as him or if you're taller than him he'll rest his head in your chest! Either way in Shanks' arm is the most safest place in all the seas, absolutely nothing is going to harm you when you're there and he is going to make damn sure it stays that way. 

M   :  MILESTONE.   what was the moment your s/o realised they are in love?

You hadn't been a part of the crew very long, only a couple of months if he recalls right. He was standing alone on deck as the rest of the crew partied on the beach below the ship while he stared, drink in his one and only hand, mindlessly out to sea. He remembers that up until then his mind had been stuck in the same place all that week, he'd recently heard that Ace was going after Teach, who'd recently gone rouge on the Whitebeard crew and killing a crewmate. Now Shanks knew that Teach wasn't the one to be messed with, he can feel it in his scars that the bastard is planning something and it just didn't feel right to have the kid going after him he had to do something to stop it - a letter to Whitebeard perhaps? With keeping his own eyes on Teach's movements and discreetly following where he's been going, he wouldn't personally have time to deliver it himself so maybe - 

So to say that when you suddenly came up next to him and pat him on the shoulder definitely caught him off guard, enough to make him drop his drink to the ocean below. The moment the drunkard made an audible 'plop' in the water was the moment you immediately started to burst into apologies and offered to go get him another one only to be stopped by your captain's laughter. Once he catches his breath he responds with; "Heh, thanks love, I needed that." and to his actual surprise he watches as your flustered reaction of you averting eye contact, your fingers nervously make their way at the back of your neck, and the next few words out of your mouth given with a shaky pitch. In that moment his head just couldn't wrap around the fact that one word choice - a pet name - could get such a reaction from you (which later down the line he will of course much use to his advantage) The two of you end up talking for hours; the sun that was low in the sky only hours before now completely hidden and the moon now took its place. You talked about countless things; your past, future goals, jokes, Yasopp's poor life choices, a bunch of things. No matter how much he listened in and provided his own commentary, he still couldn't help but feel his mind track back to Ace and getting Whitebeard to get him the hell out of where he's currently at and like I said previously when Shanks is in serious mode his expression definitely shows it, even when he thinks he's hiding it. So when you bring it up to him, his immediate reaction is to brush it off and attempt to continue on your conversation from before but when he feels your hands gently come up to his face, making him look you in the eyes as you call out his name and tell him to release the weight that is on his mind. He vividly remembers how his heart picked up at that moment as his eyes darted around your face and how hard he swallowed his breath. He stands there for a few lingering moments before letting his eyelids drop and his breathing ease again. He tells you the entire truth about Teach and the true scale of what could happen if he gets off his leash for too long and the absolute depravity he could bring and the story of how he got his scar. He tells you everything that's been plaguing him that week and watches how you nod and listen, staying silent until he finds his words tending to no longer work. One hand that isn't still on his face travels downwards to meet his only hand. Your fingers together hesitantly interweave before you give him a reassuring squeeze and a small smile, the hand that still rests on his cheek temporarily traveling up to brush back some of his bangs covering his scarred eye. Your voice sounds so soft in his ears that your reassuring words nearly miss him, his eyelids fall half lidded as he doesn't look you in the eyes but to your mouth watching as each spoken syllable slips pass those...desirable lips. 

His name was what broke him of his spell followed by you asking if he was alright, which he brushed off saying that talking his mind to you made the weight slightly less heavy and he thanked you for that. A sweet gentle smile crosses your lips as you tell him it's quite alright, he may be emperor of the sea still but it's only natural for him to feel stressed by it all; it's what makes him human. The moon was most definitely in a higher place then when the two of you last checked and that was your sign to go on and turn in with one last squeeze to his hand and a quick peck on the cheek before spinning around and heading into your cabin. He stands there gawking with his hand up to where your lips were previous followed by that big dorky smile that immediately everso eased all previous troubling worries. 

Oh he has it bad for you.

A :  AFFECTION.  How does your s/o show affection?

He reads to you Blake's work often. Of course we all know how special his book means to him with Vergil's childhood and all so he enjoys reading from the book to you whenever he can mostly either in bed or on the couch in the van. He likes when you rest your head on his shoulder or chest so he can use the hand not holding the book open and flipping pages to softly place on your hair and brace his fingers through your hair, his voice low and gentle right near your face as he reads.

H   :   HEART.  Is your s/o quick or slow to give their heart away?

Slow given the Vergil in him he believes after everything Vergil - and therefore he - has done, a deep part of him believes he doesn't deserve it. For the longest time he was absolutely desperate to stay 100% focused on fixing his past mistakes and dealing with Urizen he didn't give himself the chance to...but now that has been settled and things Sparda's family have at least mended a tad bit, he's hesitant but open to it and once he lets himself accept the way he feels about you; he's head over heels. 

Z   :   ZZZ.   how is sharing a bed with your s/o?

Definitely reads to you before the two of you sleep like mentioned in A, except the atmosphere has a little bit more ambience to it with it happening in the dark with only the soft glow of your nightstand lamp lighting the room, giving his tattoos (that swirl around with Shadow and Griffon moving around within the bonds) a nice gentle sheen to them. When reading time is done and down with and you two actually settle for sleep, V is definitely the little spoon. That position gives him so much comfort and a feeling of safety that even on the hardest of nights for him he can ease a little bit, though do make sure to be careful sleeping with him his body is still fragile after all.

Being the cheesy romantic he is, he absolutely dreams about having one of those drive in movie theater dates and be your ass the MOMENT he gets a WHIFF of a possible opportunity of going to one he already has you in his old red beat up car rocketing to the showing place. He absolutely doesn't care about the movie they show, hell he won't even really be paying attention to it because he's already had the old bottle of champagne popped and a pizza box open on the dash cracking shitty jokes with you before getting a little hot and heavy with you in the seats. 

H   :   HEART.  Is your s/o quick or slow to give their heart away?

Slow actually. Dante hasn't really had the best of luck with people, especially if they're human. He knows better than anyone that a demon can love a human, just look at his parents, and deep down he really does want something like that but he can't also help the voice in his head screaming at him that he can't - with his blood, heritage, and past with loved ones, him being with someone could put them in danger with other demons and humans who have some sort of vengeance against Sparda or just want to be a blood thirsty dick, even if they could defend themselves just fine he just can't...calm that voice. Until you managed to. After you came crashing to his life, he just couldn't care to listen to that voice any longer. At this point he has surpassed his father and he is devoted to protecting you, and with that he gives his entire heart to you.
