*whispers into the dark*
What was the point of Namo? He took a student's phone away without being a prefect; he just wanted the power. He didn't have good grades. He lit the fliers on fire yet didn't have to atone for it or apologize. He followed Akk around listening to his conversations with Chadok. He was just chilling outside of the school and ended up on the beach trip. He joined in the BL but didn't act or write for it. Then, he became the new president. Like, couldn't he at least be dating Wat to give him something of substance rather than whatever that strange Sani/Wat vibe was that kept happening?!

((Oh, right. If I had a dime for every person that I knew who was related to someone involved in the mafia/yakuza, i’d have 4 dimes. It’s not a lot, but it’s crazy it’s happened 4 times. Just got 2 dimes today.))

@windtold - thread #946809356809568
reining in Jeade'en, he reaches forward to lightly pat his hand against the dapple’s neck as his eyes scan the area that he’s arrived in. he had come in from a dock far from here after sailing the Aryth Ocean for sometime. Malkier stood before him and as he breathed in the air the image that sat before him became clearer. yes, this was a kingdom. yes this was an ancient kingdom risen from its ashes. the Borderlands were alive now. the Blight didn’t exist any longer and he couldn’t help but allow a smile to cross his face as he let out a satisfied breath at the sight. eventually he slid out of the saddle, guiding Jeade'en by the reins through the gates of the city. he asked around, asked after who he was looking for. he would like to see Lan, of course, but first he wanted to see Nynaeve. he had been to The Two Rivers, watching his father from afar unsure if he should unveil himself or not. that was one piece of advice that he wanted to ask Nynaeve about. they directed him to where the Queen of Malkier would be and Rand immediately followed the directions, leaving his stallion at the stables and heading onward on foot.
he stands there watching her for sometime. she was as he remembered her and he couldn’t help but feel an ache in his chest. he had missed her, regretted leaving without telling her. was she angry with him? had either of the girls told him? he wasn’t sure, they remained tightlipped about Nynaeve whenever he asked after her. he wasn’t quite sure why.
“ they tell me that I am lucky to have caught you here. that you spend most of your time at the Black Tower helping people. I can tell that you’re heading somewhere - I could make you a Gateway to Andor if you need it. “ he steps nearer to her, keeping his eyes on her the whole while. although his own usage of Gateways is far different now, he can’t quite do it in public any longer. he simply thinks of a place and he’s there. what would she think of that? “ Being Queen suits you. “ he offers the compliment with a faint and hopeful smile. does she realize it’s him? “ are you angry enough not to hate me for being gone so long? “
