Moja štikla -  Severina

Croatia has not had much luck in the Eurovision stakes lately. In the last ten years, they have qualified for the finals twice from eight attempts with their highest final placing being 13th. Prior to this decade, Croatia were doing much better with six top ten results.

This brings us to Moja štikla; a song about a girl and her stilettos. It’s a joyously fun song and it is most favourable to those in southern Europe where this kind of music is the bomb. My reason for loving this song is the film clip. It is brought to you by Volkswagen, but it’s good value with a sense of humour.  But the call at the very beginning always makes me smile as I know he journey I’m going on.  The live performance is equally impressive also.
