I remember one night out of the roof of a sky scrapper with Joker, it started raining and I let him stand under my cape as we kept talking. This is the same Bats from the request and man I love thinking about my canon. After a nasty run in we had with each other, I really didn't want to fight him anymore. So we agreed that we'd start meeting each other on roof tops to talk for a couple nights each week. They were awkward at first but after a while, I started to look forward to them every week. His presence just started to get really comforting to me. It was like he understood me and what I struggled with. I wasn't alone anymore.
