I dont get why Izuru is only seen as an extension of Hajime????? Yeah, they share a body and some memories later on but- They are straight up two different people??? They have entirely different personalities and lives, Izuru shows to not have any memory of Hajimes life in the anime, and Hajime isn't even aware of Izuru til the end of Danganronpa 2.

I'm sure part of it is Hajime love and thats valid- But as a character that basically CAUSED DR2 he's tossed aside very frequently. I think he has a lot of fascinating character quirks and a backstory to be explored- That never got to be. He was created in a lab, through a lobotomy supposedly, and mastered basically every talent in a FEW YEARS while trapped in that same lab like- Why do people not see him? He screams medical trauma, dissociation and the like.... Depression too, to top it off. Like... Damn, get him therapy, let him see life as it is before the Tragedy because damn I highly doubt he spent time outside just enjoying himself before and after him starting to follow Junko around.

Just, man. I love him. I wish there was more sympathy for his plight of existence- Yes, Hajime went through his own trauma- But shoving Izuru completely to the side is forgetting his existence. And fuck man, he didn't get really any individuality before- He says 'I am CALLED Izuru Kamukura' he doesn't really register his own damn name as his own!!! Just, he needed help, genuine help, and he never got it. He was cast away and forgotten, only an aspect of Hajime. And thats so depressing. He needs more love.

Truly. Anon, this hurt to read because he deserves so much more than what he got. He was basically an infant god, born into a world with no experience, and knowing all. And before he got to experience life, it was taken away from him.

He could've done more; been more.
