Current thoughts on TOTK:

I keep forgetting that I don’t have the paraglider yet and jumping off tall things. And there are a lot of tall things in this game. Usually there’s enough fall time for me to go, ‘wait, I don’t have the paraglider yet’, and then I get to hear all of Links bones shatter on impact

Thinking about totk again and what how, ultimately, Link is the best/worst possible matchup for that incarnation of Ganondorf.

What comes to mind is the upheaval decaying almost all the weapons. I can imagine Ganondorf picturing Link, without the master sword, unable to find a suitable replacement. Man has no idea that this Link spent an entire previous game beating bokoblins to death with their own skeletal arms. He’ll use sticks. Mops. Torches. I once saw a man kill a lynel with a bookshelf.

Ganondorf reenacting the ‘our battle will be legendary!’ tai lung meme while Link is laser focused on building a restaurant around him as fast as possible. Just an absolute looney toons matchup

How does one accidentally marry an sdv npc

The first time I picked up sdv I skipped a lot of dialogue. I was playing on my switch and primarily interested in the farming/mining/fishing stuff so whenever npc’s were talking to me I was skimming at best (I have since changed I prommy).

Eventually I decide I want to make friends in town bc they mail stuff to me sometimes. Sebastian likes sashimi. I can make sashimi and I have a boatload of fish, just, ambiently, on me.

(Did a lot of fishing, did not do a lot of selling).

So I get a whole stack of sashimi and, just, hand him a plate whenever I see him. Eventually I notice Pierre has a new item in stock. A bouquet! Wonder what that does. Maybe it has some kind of positive gift effect? I’ll give it to my buddy, Sebastian.

Continue handing him sashimi.

One day, I go to the beach when it’s raining, and notice a new npc. Buy the conch. Huh. Wonder what this does. I’ll try it on the first npc I see.

Sebastian goes to the beach on rainy days.

I’ve reached the point in my Fairy Tail rewatch where it’s further along than tfd ever got, which means shit keeps happening that makes me go “fucking WHAT”

#mobbtalks #I’ll be real tfd embedded in my brain more solidly than the actual plot did. because tfd is my baby #specifically I’m on the oracion seis arc which I mostly remember for trying to puzzle around how to like. actually tackle it in tfd #it was next up on the chopping block. when I hit the wall I was like. I’d say 3-4 chapters away from it #so the plot beats I remember -the seis themselves #- the guild alliance and (most) of who’s participating in that #- big weird land thing goes walkabout and they have to destroy all its legs at once #things I did not remember but that have BLASTED me. - Ichiya.#and I. I fucking hate to say it. bc I hated ichiya the first go round but I think he might genuinely be funnier in the sub? god. god.#maybe it’s also because every time I have an episode going I’m also doing a few other things #- the monkey guys. genuinely thought they were a filler side plot didn’t expect them to come back #- Erigor comes back???? I uh. I killed him off in tfd bc I forgot that. haha. whoops.#- fucking *JELLAL* which is something I am. quite frankly. *shocked* I forgot #this guy is at the centre of like. every goddamn arc <- exaggeration #things I half remember which have yet to be confirmed one of which is kind of alarming #- there was a guy who was real obsessed with potatoes?#- I’m pretty sure this brain guy was uh. white. he’s black. he also has a line about switching ‘dark’ and ‘light’. the implications of this #concern me.

if anyone has animal crossing new horizons and feels like being generous, I started a new save file a while ago and literally the only fruit any island wants to give me is peaches. which. my island already has. Peaches and cherries One (1) time. I would like the other fruits very much.

My island’s gate is open and the dodo code is NDRX2. I’ll leave it open for an hour or so please for the love of god fruits I need fruits
