Idk like yeah Rae needs people to talk to. Of course she does. She didn't exactly have that this series but I think maybe the message is that yes you can have people that will be there to talk with you but what happens when those people can't be there? You'll only have yourself. And maybe they should've executed it in a way that was better than, you know, almost destroying all of Rae's positive relationships, but ultimately the idea is that you can't count an anyone EXCEPT for yourself. I like that in the end she made the decision to be independent. To do things for herself. Because relying on people (much the same way that relying on someone else to make you happy) gives them the power to take it away.

Need to know!

Ok so first thing I need to know is why Kester gets so fucking angry any time liam speaks or Rae talks about him. What did Liam do??? Second, whose perspective was the real one?? Third, Rae better not have done the deed with Liam!! She should have given that to Finn, he wanted to appreciate her. Why Rae?? And finally, episode 7 has to make me happy!!!! Else shit will most certainly go down!!

EPISODE SEVEN I AM SO EMOTIONAL RIGHT NOW

Oh god where do i even start?!

1. FINN SENDING RAE A LETTER "I miss you." "You're the glue." I CRIED HE'S SO SWEET

2. KARIM/RAE INTERACTION like towards the end when Rae said she already had a dad and she meant Karim and how she found out he got an extra job just to remodel his and Linda's room for it to be her room. I was so happy about this bc it's obvs Karim could be a better father figure in her life than her own dad.

3. SAVING CHLOE Jodie's performance in that scene was amazing. My heart ached for Chloe and I"m so glad her and Rae understand each other better and they're going to fight through anything together. Which is how it should be.

4. RAE'S A BIG SISTER So happy the baby is okay and her mom is okay and her family is happy.

5. RAE LOVING HERSELF That scene with Kester...just wow. Extremely powerful scene. I loved it. It's obvious that in this episode between Kester and Finn, Rae realized how wonderful she really is. It's good to finally see Rae making brave and wise decisions for the first time this season.

6. FINN TO THE RESCUE - HE WROTE 'HI' AND I DIED. AND THEN HE'S LIKE "YOU KNOW WHY I LIKE YOU? IT'S CAUSE YOU'RE STRONG. YOU JUST HAVEN'T REALIZED IT YET" THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL. WHAT HE SAID WAS BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLETELY MADE SENSE FOR HIS CHARACTER. i mean do u all remember in the first series how he had that little smile on his face when Rae brushed off being stuck in the slide at the pool party? She was being strong then and that's probably when he started liking her!!!

7. THE GANG REUNITES - Yay Chop for sticking up for Archie this time. Loved that scene! And the kiss he gave Archie omg i laughed/smiled so hard. Archie looked so happy, it was great! Also great that Izzy and Chop are back together!

8. GOODBYE LIAM - Rae cut Liam out of her life (romantically anyway) and i couldn't be more in agreement. I'm still upset she lost her virginity to him, but whatever. I'll get over it.

9. THE BEST MOMENT OF THE SHOW SO FAR - Ok so at first when Rae was like, "No I don't think talking will be a good idea." i thought wtf Rae he literally wants to talk about getting back together. And then when the next scene came on i almost died. 

"This is definitely better than talking" - Finn "When I say to be continued, I mean to be continued." - Rae

I CRIED. ESPECIALLY AFTER SHE TOOK OFF THE ROBE HERSELF AND FINN GAVE HER THAT LOOK. LIKE I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN THE LOOK. IT'S ONE THAT HE RESERVES ONLY FOR HER AND I'M GOING TO BE SOBBING THE REST OF THE WEEK ABOUT IT BYE
