Do you think we will be getting a photo dump or even an Instagram story from Joe anytime soon? My thought is no - just so nothing gets misinterpreted considering the amount of hate and attention he is getting right now that will continue for the next 6+ months. We truly may not see or hear from him until autumn. 😩

And here I thought 2024 was going to be his year!! 😩

Nah, 2024 is gonna be fine. Like I already said, Joe has a couple of films coming out this year. So, he's good in 2024.

A Very Short Film about Longing is about to come out, and it's Eimear McBride's directorial debut.. I just don't see Joe ignoring his work. It's so unlike him. Like, yesterday he liked an insta post about Poor things.. and it's not even his work, it's just his colleagues.. You know what I mean?

Maybe he won't do photo dumps, but he will not turn his back on his own work, no matter how bu*thurt ts is about him just existing. 🙄🙄🙄

Plus, film festivals season is upon us : Cannes, Venice.. so, he might show up at one of those 🤷‍♀️

Challangers pulling out of venice, is both a panic move and amazon prioritizing zendaya and wanting her front and center in promoting the film they want to capitalize on her massive platform. Whether zendaya had a hand in the decision to pull out who knows. I adamantly believe that Luca wanted challengers to still debut at venice despite the WGA/SAG strike, venice loves Luca and offered him the chance to debut. Luca probably thought we could have both a big premiere at venice while still having zendaya promote next year. Most of the movies planned for venice, some films like poor things while delayed from sept to december is still showing at venice. 8 month gap literally wouldn't be a problem, it can still succeed, b/c its generating buzz Luca sounds like he has a ton of faith in the challengers so Im not too worried about reviews being bad in addition a venice premiere would still coincide with any covers that might have been planned for september by anyone in the cast.

Also yeah cannes would be ideal for challengers but the film is being released in april and cannes is in may it wouldnt make sense to go to cannes. Im just saying if challengers wanted to do a festival after pulling out from venice, berlin makes the most sense its major festival, and would be huge platform film for the festival.

Ooop! And you're right..... Cannes is in May! 😩🙈🤦🏾‍♀️ Why on earth was I thing February?? Rofl 😆 🤣 Maybe I was thinking of something else.

Welp! I'm sure they'll debut the film at another film festival. You're right, Berlin might be a good option 😁
