I saw the spidervers movie and now I have a hc which is that all the universes outside the canon of the books and the series were created because George and Harold from TETOCU started to travel irresponsibly through universes and timelines which caused so many random universes to be created

In other words, they caused anomalies everywhere so it was funny to me that in one of those they end up being sort of arrested or interrogated by some kind of protector of universes (or maybe some other Melvin) and they included their Melvin in the problem for confessing that he was the creator of the time machine
