I'm gonna say something and it will make very little sense BUT

Time Lord!Fred has the vibes of the Fifth Doctor, and Time Lord!Ford has the vibes of the Tenth Doctor.

What I mean by this is like, there's something very specific to be said here? But I don't know what it is outside of "When I finished drawing TL!Fred my first thought was 'ah! Five!' and the same happened with Ford but with Eleven? But he's clearly too much like Ten to be Eleven so. Time Crash but it's TL!Fred and Ford thank you all and good night

SO!! The main idea behind my wing au is that only psychics have wings. This makes it a lot harder for folks to hide when they're psychic, though a lot of folks still try. Let's get into the details, now.

Main Characters (PN1)

Kiddos

Raz: Albatross wings. Albatross are associated with the ocean and a burden/curse, so of course, it's the Aquatos. They're pretty simple wings, but I think that the meaning fits 'em.

Lili: Currently unsure, but I'm thinking it's some kind of moth.

Dogen: Robin or bluebird. I know it has to be kind of small and bright, to match the kindness he has. It could be a ladybug, like Compton has, though.

Bobby: Likely broken wings, but I'd say he's a falcon. Bird of prey, able to feed on the weaker ones.

Adults

Sasha: Pigeon. Specifically, a racing pigeon. Though I could see an owl, I have a specific reason...

Milla: Dove. Since pigeons and doves are the same family of birds, of course I'm sitting here with my dumb ship and like. :3 Also doves meaning peace fits her well.

Morry: Still don't really know for him, but I'm thinking eagle.

(Fred, Gloria, Boyd, and Edgar don't have wings, but if they did, they'd have wren, peafowl, magpie, and raven wings. These are definitely up to change.)

Loboto: His wings were removed with the lobotomy, but they were falcon wings (Because yes, I'm feeding into the Loboto-is-Bobby's-dad headcanon. Honestly, I could see him having crow wings.)

Main Characters (PN2)

Kiddos:

Frazie: Albatross, like her brother and father.

Norma: I'd say phoenix but that would be too on-the-nose. Could be an owl of some kind, though-- Maybe a barn owl?

Lizzie: Same as Norma (Or a snowy owl)

Sam: Same as her brother, so... Ladybug, robin, or bluebird.

Adam: Collared Dove or Fantail Pigeon

Gisu: Idk but you bet it's awesome. Temminck Tragopan looks like a good choice? It's just neat to look at tbh

Morris: Hummingbird. He hates how small they are but he's already one of the coolest interns.

Adults:

Augustus: Albatross (No, really, I'm not letting go of Aquato Albatross supremacy)

Bob: Moth (Specifically the moth from Bob's Bottles-- This was the one that inspired that whole au.)

Helmut: Butterfly. Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, perhaps? But it's one of those extremely beautiful ones with lots of color to it. He doesn't even try to hide his wings.

Compton: Ladybug :) Though I could see a robin or bluebird like with Dogen.

Cassie: Do I even need to say it? We all know she has bee wings.

Lucy: Dragonfly

Ford: A beetle of some sort-- maybe a jewel scarab?

Otto: His are complicated. He was born with owl butterfly wings, but an incident left them mostly wrecked. Instead of letting that get him down, he rebuilt his wings out of mechanical parts, and uses that to make up for it. He does get compared to Icarus a lot. He doesn't much like it, mostly because it's Daedalus who made those wings.

Hollis: Could be a goose, could be a duck, but the thing is that she views these interns as children in need of guidance.

(Gristol does not have wings. He ain't psychic. He doesn't deserve wings /lh)

Maligula might have different wings than Lucy? I'm not entirely sure, though...

I just saw the Adultswap Drabble. I think we got more swaps! We have Sam taking the role of Raz, Raz taking the role of Dogen, and Dart taking the role of Lili. This adultswap is getting good!

I'm totally here for it! It was really just meant as a "hehe imagine the thorney towers quartet as camp counselors" au and now instead it's actually becoming a thing, y'know? It's so exciting!

Here's a few personal swaps, just 'cuz-- None of these will have any logical sense. That's the whole point, ain't it:

-We already made up that Loboto is gonna be Truman... So I'm gonna politely suggest Morry as Hollis because that's hilarious. Also because I think they're either good buds or Two Bros Sitting in a Hot Tub

-Hollis and Fred are gonna be really close in this au. She might've been his mentor, but in a "She was already an agent and around his age when this guy showed up suddenly, rambling about Napoleon Bonaparte and begging for help" sort of way. Could have her as one of the Psychic 7? OH MY GOD HOW DID I MISS IT. SHE'S SHEEGOR IF TRUMAN IS LOBOTO. That means that Fred just asks her to be his assistant "But it's not really like an assistant, just someone to keep me on track--"

-Dogen is gonna be like Queepie I think because. Well. If Sam is Raz then Dogen is small sibling.

-Is Compton Maligula? I don't know. This whole au has no thoughts outside of funky fresh jokes.

-The interns are all the campers we want more of. Or maybe just ocs we shove in there because we're desperate for our own content /lh

-I'm 99% sure we're switching Gristol and Crispin again just because frick both of them
