Water Balloon Matcha Jelly @tastemade_japan⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 3 water balloons⠀ Gold leaf⠀ Kuromitsu syrup (black sugar syrup)⠀ ⠀ DARK MATCHA MIX:⠀ 1 3/4 cups water⠀ 1 tablespoon gelatin⠀ 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar⠀ 1 1/3 tablespoons matcha tea⠀ 2/3 tablespoon milk⠀ ⠀ LIGHT MATCHA MIX:⠀ 1 3/4 cups water⠀ 1 tablespoon gelatin⠀ 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar⠀ 2/3 tablespoon matcha tea⠀ 1 1/3 tablespoons milk⠀ ⠀ STEPS:⠀ In two separate bowls, combine the ingredients for each matcha mixture.⠀ Fill a water balloon pump with one of the mixtures until it is around the size of an egg, then use it to fill up a water balloon to your desired size. Tie the balloons closed and let cool in the refrigerator until the gelatin has solidified.⠀ Use a toothpick to pop the balloons.
