Deadlift Day. Stayed at 285 for the 4X2, AMRAP was 7 so that will go up next time. Probably could have gone up this round. #StayWithTheProgram Didn’t do rack pulls last time so that weight went up to 300# and the rep scheme was way off. Started at 2 but it was too easy so it went up to 5 to finish. Back extensions with the 30# medicine ball finished the evening. Scraped up my shin AGAIN. Skeewat Day. Under the Duffalo bar, worked up past body weight, settling for a pair of doubles at 235#. Depth is solid. Ten pounds over the platform lift in February so it IS coming back slowly. Belt squats at 80#, shrugs at 215 and “booty builder” rounded out the day. Ryan wants to go tomorrow morning and probably Bob in the afternoon. Slow week so far. Deadlift Day. Upped the 4X2 to 285#. AMRAP of five which is OK for now. Skipped rack pulls and worked in some band work. Speedier within more tension at the top. Red bands up to 205X5. Finished with some back extensions with the 30# medicine ball. Scraping up the one leg again. It may never heal. Might work outside today. Try and get the back yard ready for summer. Chest two days in a row? Well tomorrow is secondary/accessory day so #WhyNot. Flat bench dumbbell press, grabbed the 85#’s (PR) for the last set because #WhyNot.
