It seems people are getting hype about Magical Girl As Horror Lately? and idk the main concept ive been revolving around- for an au I prommy ill write something for soon ok- is, like. Not exactly magical girl as horror but magical girl as. It is so so unfair. Imagine you had a falliable, human, imperfect body- imagine, even, it was unsatisfying, not fitting to you, or misfunctioning in ways that impair your life. and imagine being granted the ability to loan a perfect body made out of light and flowing with power and perfection, a poised, radiant body- only to turn back .only to have that other form only validated to help others. only to have a real actual mystical voice which claims important in the universe claim that to be or do good your own body really isnt enough?

Just. Having a good body you can turn into as if thats ok to do to someone, give them that and take it away

i think the way written cp defenders bring up lolita as like some magical point about how the condemnation of their ””smut fics”” about 13 years olds getting abused or whatever will lead to serious literary works like that being banned is especially funny because not only have i never seen anyone who actually knows what lolitas about lump it anywhere close to that shit but also like a part of lolita as a book is about the authour interrogating and referencing the previous literary works about csa that romanticized the subject and thus lead to irl abuse of children. like in referancing annabel lee by poe, nabokov was literally referancing the type of shit these dweebs get up to because he rightfully recognized the insidious potential of the romanticization of child abuse

our union got us a raise, we got a longevity bonus and back owed wages and all of that, and I’m definitely going to get a bunch of my bills paid, but.

the first thing I did was buy 3p Rosanna (perfect effect ninja, which is the dumbest ever 3p name for Rosanna of all people) off eBay.  and she came in a set with rumble & frenzy from the same series!  (I need Rosanna now that I have both Flamewar and Slipstream for Reasons)

I am looking longingly at two Metamorphose dresses, because Meta has gone into plus sizes in a really big way lately.  One of them is really adorable and the other one is really wearable and they’re both super pretty

Meta even has double plus sizes (which are bigger than I need) but hilariously they’ll only sell them to overseas addresses.

One day it occurred to me to make a lolita transformation video, although I usually do only photography. I realized why I never wanted to be a model. After the abundance of lace and bows, ordinary clothes seem very boring. EGL is a real art. I’m grateful to the community for the beauty it has brought to this world.
