is it just me. who is so angry when libraries have books in series but not the first one. like tbh i don't care if you've got the first one and not the rest, but you've got book two?? and not one?? you've got book 12?? but not one?????

i understand things happen to library books but i would THINK. that'd be an item of priority. to replace the first book in a series. if something were to happen.

#perhaps i'm angrier now bc i work in a library #but i get so angry seeing second books on libby like HELLO #but at least w that you can think maybe the first one is in a different format #but when you've got JUST second ones #like for our collection on the van - idk who tf ordered them #but they literally just chose all the new released that year and blew ALL THE BUDGET AT ONCE #my coworkers and i have. a Point Of Contention about this (like we all agree vs our Nebulous Boss) #we have so many Seconds in series #it makes me SO ANGRY #THIS IS MY PRE-RANT I CAN KEEP GOING but i won't bc no one cares #the rant is for my Nebulous Boss whenever The Powers decide who that is #librarycore #personal
