Under the Stars
Moodboard fill for the @leverage-bingo Summer Flash Bingo prompt “star gazing.” Very loosely interpreted, but canon backs me up on that one - the gold stars and fairy lights are just as valid.
I don’t have a full story for this, but here are some of the headcanons that went into it: Eliot had Opinions about the catering and the cake. He wanted to just do it all himself but Hardison put his foot down and insisted he let someone else be in the kitchen, he had wedding things to be doing. Parker wanted a chocolate cake until she discovered edible gold leaf, then she wanted a solid gold cake. They ended up with half and half, plus a futuristic design that appeals to Hardison’s nerdiness. Eliot didn’t care what it looked like as long as it had good flavors. They walked out of so many cake tasting sessions when Eliot was disappointed in the flavors. Parker also insisted on the chocolate fountain. If Eliot hadn’t handled the food, the entire buffet may have been chocolate. The gold stars were a surprise that Parker snuck in and hung the night before. Hardison almost cried walking down the aisle when he saw them. Thanks to everyone in The Discord Server Job who brainstormed with me!

Higher, Further, Faster, Forever
When I saw the picture of them holding hands I just knew I had to make a wedding board for them. I love my space lesbians! They get married outdoors on Maria’s property, and Monica insists on a galaxy-themed cupcake tower because her new mom is from space.

Strawberry Pie
Bucky rolled his eyes as Tony plastered himself to his back.
“Hey, I'm working here!” he protested.
“Mmm, yes, smells delicious,” Tony said, pressing distracting kisses to Bucky’s neck. “What is it?”
“Strawberry pie. It was supposed to be a surprise, but you’re home early.”
“Aww, sweetheart, you know I don’t need any help in bed, not with you being all gorgeous.” Tony accompanied this perplexing non sequitur with a firm squeeze to Bucky’s ass.
Bucky set his pastry cutter down and turned to face Tony. “What are you talking about?”
“Strawberries!” Tony said, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Tony sometimes forgot most people weren’t at Jarvis’s level of following his rapid-fire brain. “Strawberries are an aphrodisiac, you are making strawberry pie as a treat for me, ergo…” Tony gestured expansively.
“That had absolutely not occurred to me,” Bucky told him.
“As well it shouldn’t. As if I have any trouble getting going when my boyfriend is as smoking hot as you are.” Tony gave him a very obvious once-over. Bucky laughed at him. Only Tony would get hot over him in his flour-dusted apron with his hair tied up haphazardly under a bandana and his left arm covered in a glove. His baking glove made him look like he was planning to give an ultrasound to a horse, but it was better than having butter go rancid between the plates of his hand.
“So why strawberry pie, then?” Tony asked once he had finished ogling Bucky’s thighs.
Bucky bit his lip. “I remembered my mom’s recipe.”
Tony’s grin shifted from lascivious to joyful. “Oh that’s great! The Barnes Family Strawberry Pie. Can’t wait to taste it!”
Bucky smiled back. “Yeah,” he said softly. “I hope it comes out okay.”
“Are you kidding? Of course it’ll be delicious! Everything you make is delicious.”
Bucky rolled his eyes. “You’re biased,” he pointed out. “And it’ll never get done if you don’t get out of my kitchen.” He made a shooing gesture at Tony.
“Alright, alright, I’ll let you work your magic,” Tony said, raising his hands and backing away, and Bucky turned back to his pie dough with a fond smile. It was always nice to stumble upon pleasant memories, and now he would make a new one with Tony to add to the growing collection. And apparently aphrodisiac qualities of strawberries aside, he would hardly object to making some more intimate memories later. After the pie was done.

For this project, I designed and baked signature cupcakes for the members of the Barbershop Quartet! Each cupcake had a cake flavor, frosting, and fruit compote filling that represented an aspect of their character. I had a ton of fun designing and baking these cakes, and I ended up with approximately 70 cupcakes! Link to a presentation with the recipe info in the reblog.

So me and @gavilansblog started a @leverage-bingo and we kicked things off this month (which turned out busier than I expected). So I ended up with 2 unfinished ideas and 1 moodboard.

hi, where did ou find the LEVERAGE FLASH BINGO 2021?
Hi! I found them through a friend on discord but there is a bunch of info on the the bingo blog @leverage-bingo. That is the best place to get more info outside the event discord for which I believe there is a link on the blog. And while the flash bingo is almost over the main bingo is coming later this year from the same blog.
And I'm not sure you specifically want the bingo or are looking for leverage events but there is also the @leverage-secret-santa-exchange that will be running again this year. And I have heard whispers about a bang but I don't know if that is a thing that will happen or not.
