Hey friiiiends 💕 How was your Friyay? . . . Mine was great! It was my 2year #vegan anniversary! I treated myself to one of my favorite #veganrestaurant Xyst, and then walked to my old FM and got yummy maple candy and plants! Yay plants! 8 years ago I started a health journey to cure my #chronicmigraines naturally. I began reading labels and not consuming foods with preservatives. Then I started drinking pretty much only water and began keeping my sugar under 110g a day. Then I gave up dairy and soy. And then I became vegan and began practicing #yoga every morning. And I’m CURED! This is why I share my journey. We all deserve healing. . . . .
