Marinated #bluefintushi aka zuke, some #seaurchin aka uni , delicious #snowcrab aka kani, seared #otorosushi aka aburi toro, #spanishmackerel aka aji, and tonight’s special #barracudasushi. Paired that with #ichirosmalt and #lastdropdistillers for a magical dinner at home. The guys at #himitsusd just crushed the #nigiri here for me. Everything was delicious but stand outs for sure the #ichirosmaltchichibu single cask 1476 with the #uninigiri was on point, the Last Drop Distillers 1970 #glenrothes with the barracuda was silly good.
