A monthly hello to my crying babes from another crying babe due to yet another heart wrenching, tear jerking, STRESSFUL chapter.

Let’s get straight into this.

Yukine doesn’t remember stabbing Yato?

So the feline/phantom state he was in might very possibly be a place where the true Yukine has no control, he’s so full of emotion that this form took over him and all he got was blurry images and the core of his hatred, which is his father. As we all know Yato has been the father figure and, well, it wouldn’t have been hard in Yukine’s state to see them as one. My question is, while he was fighting Yato, when did he start to get confused on who he was talking to? Was it when he was listing out words to describe his real-life dad? Earlier?

THIS MADE ME SO SAD,????

I wonder if Yukine actually wanted to fight him? I wonder if he was in the form he is now, would the outcome have been different?? Would he have listened?

+ Also where could Yato have gone? Maybe Kazuma reverted and brought him somewhere safe to patch him up

She was sending her husband money for her child but never bothered to ask how he was or anything? Maybe Naomichi was threatening enough to make sure they didn’t contact them, since he probably made himself clear with Haruki—and forbid him to connect with Yuka?

But, something about his mother not even checking on her own son even once a month, is, well, concerning. It doesn’t look like his mum was a bad person all around considering she was paying Naomichi regularly (which, by the way, i imagine he probably spent on drinking), but something still smells suss.

I find it very cute that these two have been by one another’s sides. The big sister/little sister dynamic between these two is, *chefs kiss*

It’s also nice to see that Mizuchi looks out for Hiyori at least in some aspect. Hiyori has been looking out for her, treating her as a person and not a tool, showing her affection in small ways,(holding her hand, giving her scarf to wear, her uniform.) Not sure if Mizuchi herself realizes how much she appreciates the gestures or what she’s doing yet, but it’s nice to see her finally developing—a girl who has so much wisdom over the years but still has so, so much to learn regarding showing her own affection.

Just gonna rant here for a few lines.

I LITERALLY HATE HOW HIYORI DOESNT EVEN CARE ABOUT HER OWN LIFE IF IT MEANS SAVING YUKINE AND SEEING YATO. She’s willing to go so far, she’s such a selfless character who gives so much and asks for so little. I want to give her the world.

Also the handholding. The handholding.

Also; isn’t it crazy how Yato wanted to make sure Hiyori stayed out of this mess between them but it ended up being her putting her own life on the line too because this IDIOT, my baby, my blue eyed cinnamon apple, doesn’t know how to deal with his problems in a healthy way. Guess they’ve all got something to learn. (A lot.)

Again. Odd.

HOW is it that they had, to this day, no idea what happened to Haru. Did they really just give up searching? :/

Some of you have mentioned this already, and i will AGREE that Adachitoka have backed themselves into a corner with the way they’re writing this story that it can’t turn out to be a cookie cutter happy ending tied in a nice neat bow. We’ve got three lives at stake right now, plus very unstable characters mentally. Everyone couldn’t possibly get a happy ending.

Hiyori’s had a near-death experience more than thrice now, something’s telling me we might get an actual death if the writers don’t decide to give in to flower fields and sun rays on smiling faces for the end.
