Funky lil idea of Autistic Travis having a moment because he tried to be nice and share something he liked with Larry. Larry wasn’t in a good mood so he lashed out.

Sal and Larry looked for Travis for an hour only to find him crying in the car and holding whatever he had tried to show Larry. Of course Sal was going to verbally beat Larry’s ass, AFTER comforting Travis.

Since Kenneth is an absolute bastard I just know that he forced Travis to ‘be normal’ and mask. But Travis’ mask become a copy of his father hence the abusive nature.

Travis has flappy hands when he’s excited and when Sal points out that’s a part of his quirks, Larry, regrettably, informs him that one time he and Ash did laugh at him for that. Hence the aggression getting a lot worse for Larry specifically.

Sal likes to sit and listen to Travis talk about his latest fixation. When Travis was super into moths he gave an entire PowerPoint presentation on copious facts about some species Sals never even heard of!

Larvis headcanons

Larry has a tooth gap in between his two front teeth and Travis think’s it’s the cutest thing.

Travis always went to Larry for help because for some reason he felt safe with him so Larry learned more first aid to better help him.

Travis doesn’t know about it but Larry has a box full of small paintings that he made for him.

They have matching bracelets that Ash and Sal made for them but Travis hides his under his sleeves.

Larry made a special set of names for Travis because he knows that “dude” feels demeaning toward him.

There's a special place in his closet for clothes that Travis likes and first aid things.

Lisa knows about it, their relationship and the fact Larry hides him in his room. She likes it, knowing that they have someone.

Travis loves cooking for Larry and Lisa once they come out to her.

Sometimes Travis will write a small summary and then Larry will paint it.

Larry started selling some of the ones he didn’t feel a connection to, to hopefully bribe Kenneth to fuck off.

Travis actually wears Larry's jewelry sometimes when he's having a really hard day, it's the only way to help him calm down.

Todd secretly is really good friends with Travis and they text more than you would think, he helps him plan dates and how to respond to certain things.

Travis getting stood up by (one of brothers) when invited to a school dance

Aheheheh

Imagine just this lil guy sitting at home waiting. He’s dressed all nice and even Kenneth is surprised Travis looks genuinely excited for something. But seconds turn to minutes… that turn to hours… and Travis is still there. Waiting.

He doesn’t go of course. Why would he? So they can all point and laugh. Kenneth doesn’t even hesitate to verbally berate his son.

“Who would ever like you?”

“Why did you think they really wanted too?”

“Are you stupid!?”

“All dressed up for a boy and got your heartbroken like a little girl”

Travis didn’t let it show that he was hurt the next school day. Aside from a limp when Kenneth’s verbal abuse turned physical. Getting beat while he laughs is a different kind of pain.

Ironically the person to handle it explosively is Philip. He waited at that stupid dance with some snot nosed girl for his best friend. What does he get instead? A group of giggling pricks and an even more isolated Travis. So maybe he threw a punch or two but he made sure to make them swing first. (Let us not forget he’s pretty smart)

Travis doesn’t acknowledge the pestering of Larry or the, now classified as fake, concern from Sal. His replies are dry but vicious. If Larry tries to pester him he’s met with a curt reminder of the time he gave lice to their entire 3rd grade party and somehow still can’t seem to wash his ass.

Sal doesn’t know how to respond yo the silent treatment. He’s used to stares yes. Questions. Loud comments. He’s used to things that are obvious. But Travis shutting him down with a cold dead stare is wrong and he hates it. He almost wonders why Travis doesn’t even bully him anymore. Is he not worth it?? Did he stop bullying by breaking his heart?

Of course when he’s over the initial heart break he’s pissed. But now he knows what affects them worse. Larry hates being exposed, especially infront of the lay of the day. Sal can’t handle being ignored. He tries harder to appeal to Travis. Even slipping up in the bathroom and having a part of his face shown. His fear turned to panic when Travis still didn’t react. He only spoke with Philip and would stop the minute either of the brothers approached him. Shutting down any normal conversation between them.

Travis will get his dues. That kind of embarrassment and pain would not be let free.
