[translation and lyrics] 機械仕掛けの神 by Dragon Guardian

It’s these guys again! This time we’re going over their 2011 album Seimaken Valkyrias. Pretty neat album, where Dragonvarius tried to do many different styles this one focuses only on being as metal as it can possibly be. The story follows Claudia(pictured in the center), an orphan cursed to wield the god-slaying blade, she’s the only one who can stop the Machine-God’s army from destroying her world. In a very Soul Eater / Xenoblade 2 fashion, she’s accompanied by Bell(top left), a girl who’s the spirit of the godslaying blade, and together with their boss Charlotte (bottom right) they lead the revolution against the mechanized-heaven led by Pope Schneider (bottom left).

The vocals for the album are provided by Fuki, whom you might know as The Woman in Red from Sound Horizon’s Nein. Also in the dialogue bits Claudia’s voice is done by one of my all time favorite voice actresses, Ookubo Rumi (who played Chinatsu in Yuruyuri, though I guess nowadays her most popular character is Astolfo from FGO). This song is I think the only one with no narration and they made a cool promotional video with it, lyrics down below and see you all next time.

The dragon god plays a tune and charges the sword with it’s power disappearing in the blink of an eye it's suddenly gone from the skies as flowers fall from the sky in it's wake

Not much to add to this one, again this is a (now) old album that’s gone by untranslated so I’m trying my hand at it, but if you feel it’s too inadequate, feel free to correct me as I would absolutely love that.
