* my canon is very divergent , main difference being that chara and frisk existed , and were my little siblings . asriel was our big brother but he was off to college just like in canon . we all lived with toriel and we were adopted ofc .

Alternatively, this card can also show that you yourself struggled to move forward and that the player’s influence was too strong. You used it as an opportunity to grow as a person, hoping that the hard times and control would eventually pass.

⚔ Huehue, this may be obvious- but playing your favorite parts of the game may help resurface some memories! It can also help you feel more at home!

⚔ Do you remember any of your favorite things? Things such as snacks, movies, accessories, etc? If so, try indulging them again! This certainly helps me build a stronger connection to my timelines!

⚔ Keeping a memory journal! Or perhaps keep all of your memories in a notes app, either way, they help you remember more details and help you concentrate on what you want to know!

⚔ If you are a sensory type of person, how about listening to the soundtrack or even buying scents that remind you of home! Huehue, scents tend to unlock the most memories!

⚔ Of course, simply just talking about memories with someone close can help too- if they are willing to listen!

⚔ If you are a creative person, try making something that reminds you of home! Draw a face or scene, sculpt a personal treasure, paint your strongest emotion attached to your memories!
