#the er was helpful! i did not dislocate or fracture anything. the tech and nurse responsible for me #knew a bit about connective tissue disorders and tried very hard to be gentle with me. it didn't even hurt at that point #literally only started hurting after the exams #the sling helps #but i cant get the ultrasound on my shoulder to confirm its a rotator cuff tear because everythings closed #and my rheum and primary care both want to do an exam on me before they give me a referral which is stupid cause the er already did all tha #so its gonna be. a while. #for me to get this fixed #i started getting the muscle spasms last night but the er gave me a muscle relaxer and it helped #but the pharmacy is also closed so i cant get them #i suppose i will just be stoned the entire weekend #owie #textpost #injury #injury tw #shitty flesh prison
