Being physical would be fine and for your comment on one being one sided? It would be tragic if it was Kisame having feelings for Kabuto but for Kabuto to suddenly have feelings for Kisame would be unexpected as well. And would try to hide his emotions from them when in reality... he is attracted to them more than he thinks.
