KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2020-2021
The Ministry of Education wishes to inform parents and guardians of children entering Kindergarten, at schools in the Castries Basin that registration for the academic year 2020/2021 will take place at the CSA auditorium Sans Souci, Castries on the following dates and times:
November 5 and 6, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
November 7, 2019 from 9:00 to 12:00 noon
Parents/Guardians are asked to present the following documents at the time of registration: The child’s Birth or Baptismal Certificate; Immunization certificate or health card with completed three and a half or five-year developmental assessment and two (2) passport size photographs.
Please note that a recent utility bill to confirm residence or a stamped letter from your employer without your salary information to confirm place of work should also be presented.

Aujourd’hui, manger sainement n’est pas l’apanage de tous. On est confronté à des plats trop gras, trop salés, hypercaloriques au quotidien. Le Lunch Box CI vient offrir un nouveau mode de vie pour ceux qui veulent manger sainement ou qui souhaitent atteindre des objectifs…
Mon experience le Lunch Box CI
Au menu du poulet grillé accompagné de nouilles de légumes et d’une sauce tomate avec la licorne rose (une boisson à base de fruits du dragon).
Déjà, le plat apporte de la satiété. On se dit souvent que si l’on n’a pas une assiette garnie c’est qu’on n’a pas mangé ici, les portions sont suffisantes sans aller dans l’excès.
Un riz noir accompagne les nouilles de légumes. Le tout est disposé sur des feuilles de laitues qui tapissent le fond du carton biodégradable. La sauce tomate est emballée à côté ainsi que le piment. Enfin, on a le contenant de la licorne rose.
Après avoir recouvert mon repas de sauce tomate je me lance avec ma fourchette à l’assaut de ce mélange coloré. L’absence de gras est la première surprise, vient ensuite le goût. Oui, il y en a. Et pas besoin d’excès d’huile pour. Le blanc de poulet frit ajoute un plus, mais les légumes et le riz à eux seuls sont excellents.
La licorne rose est mon coup de cœur, un vrai plaisir pour le palais. Cela comble mon envie de sucré sans pour autant m’exposer à des soucis.

My experience Lunch Box CI
On the menu grilled chicken with vegetable noodles and tomato sauce with the pink unicorn (a dragon fruit drink).
Already, the dish brings satiety. We often say that if you do not have a trim plate is that we have not eaten here, the portions are sufficient without going into excess.
Black rice come with vegetable noodles. Everything is arranged on lettuce leaves that line the bottom of the biodegradable cardboard. The tomato sauce is packed next to it as well as the chili pepper. Finally, we have the container of the pink unicorn.
After covering my meal with tomato sauce I throw myself with my fork to attack this colorful mixture. The absence of fat is the first surprise, then comes the taste. Yes there is. And no need for excess oil for. The fried chicken breast adds a plus, but the vegetables and the rice alone are excellent.
The pink unicorn is my favorite, a real pleasure for the palate. This fills my desire for sweetness without exposing me to worries.
My opinion
For you who is looking for real solutions to fight against weight gain without starving or eating a food that does not please you, despite you, you who are tired to refer you to the internet to find schemes that do not work and destabilize your body, try the Lunch Box CI and live a beautiful and fruitful experience.

Childcare Sans Souci
On average, there are 0.4 days with vacancy at each care provider in Sans Souci across all age groups, compared to this stage last year. Childcare Sans Souci is a family owned and operated preschool and day care centre offering children an enriching learning environment. The school uses high-quality materials and creates a warm, friendly atmosphere to allow children to grow and learn through play and exploration of the natural world.
Each classroom will have different learning centres for your children to discover and explore. These will be activities that encourage social experiences, imagination and creativity.
