Hello sweet Callon! I hope you're doing well! As for me, I am already at the tail end of this awful cold, thankfully. I miss the good old days when colds weren't a big deal, but now that my body is both older and weaker from chronic illness, I have to be careful about self-care whenever I'm sick. Preschool germs cycling through our household means illnesses tend to run back-to-back-to-back during the flu season, and if let myself get overwhelmed by them, I could wind up with pneumonia. Definitely not good!

Oh, and besides this cold, there has been a bad Pink Eye Outbreak at my kids' school, so they have both caught it and passed it to me. Yaaaaay. I just hope my hubs is spared because he wears contact lenses and hates his glasses, so that would really suck for him.

All in all though, we're doing well. My kids are the tough lil' critters! There's barely a dent on their chaotic energy even when they're sick, and they rebound like boomerangs. For that alone I'm already very grateful. :) I just wish I could get back a little more free time to sit down and properly write, but I just try to do what I can.
