Some kind of ‘Exercises In Style’! AKA writing the same short story over and over again, but always in different genres and / or formats / styles. Learned literally today that the original was written by a French author in the late 40s I've never heard of; I first knew the idea from someone's story (back in the halycon days of Fictionpress) about a person getting jumpscared by their cat for a hundred different chapters, which was one of my favourite projects to look at for a long time

Pansexual Vampires go on a cross country roadtrip to stop an ancient war and maybe save the world from one of their own’s personal fuckup.

A Polycule consisting of two demons, Death herself, and the last living human fight God, turns out God was really into vore. Feat. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, interdimensional travel, and brutally beating up your ex when he tries to exploit your mental health to get full custody of your kid.

Lesbian Magical Girl used as an allegory for America’s treatment of Indigenous populations, also she kills capitalism with her GF.

The Blue Goddess character from an Isekai gets Isekai’d by herself, has to save the multiverse from her old boss with her harem of girls she’s saved from the worlds God abandoned.

last series? still in the beginning of a Killjoys rewatch, and stalled somewhere in Magicians S3 or 4 for months. (I went from watching SO MUCH TV during quarantine to coming home from 11-hr workdays, eating chips, and falling asleep around 8:30pm.)

currently working on: vampire clan AU keeps attacking my brain. also it’s Bike Week, so a small thing with Guillermo/Claude & motorcycle & leather jackets. The plot is they ride a motorcycle & smooch; I am not taking questions. (If u can do better, plz do.)

Where everything is pretty much Normal, the World is okay, B.L.Ind isn't real, the Killjoys are just a bunch of teenagers and their little sister entertaining themselves during the longest roadtrip ever through the Desert, making up comic book-esque stories while listening to the radio.

Where Danger Days is a videogame/tabletop game played by the Chemical guys after shows during the Black Parade tour

Where the Killjoys are actually evil but without realizing, convinced they're great heroes inside their own minds, and B. L. Ind is Ultimate Lawful Good trying to stop them before they end up fucking everything up and especially themselves.

Or if you feel particularly shitty: a variation of that one where both the Killjoys and B. L. Ind are equally misguided on their views of what the world should be like and there's only suffering because There's No Good In This Rotten World and in the end Destroya kills everyone because they're all wrong.

Jet exclusively uses he/him but in spanish people refer to him using feminine nouns with the exception of affectionate terms which are masculine. When in a relationship w someone hes called their girlfriend but kobra ghoul and motorbaby refer to him as their brother. Both masculine and feminine english terms of endearment are used for him. Hes amab. Hes butch. Hes trans and playing 4d chess. Do u understand me

Someone - possibly Kobra, of all people - murmurs something probably meant to be placating to Poison. They (in typical fashion) ignore it, because their stress and exhaustion is swiftly turning into hysteria, which in turn quickly morphs into being supremely pissed off.
