“No.” Technoblade barely looked up from his book, his eyes fixed forward as his twin began to shuffle awkwardly in front of him. He sighed, blood red eyes meeting dark brown ones as he finally closed his book. Wilbur smiled down at him sheepishly, a familiar little bundle squirming in front of his chest. He rolled his eyes, “For the last time, I am not babysitting your child.”

“It’s only for an hour, Techno. I promise I’ll be right back, I just have certain matters to take care of.” Without another minute wasted, the whining bundle was suddenly thrust towards him. He grunted, arms wrapping around his nephew’s form before the baby could tumble to the floor. He casted his twin an irritated glare, growling as the baby began to pull at the tips of his pink hair. Wilbur gave him an apologetic look, laughing nervously as he began to back away from him and towards the front door. If there wasn’t a child in his arms, he would have dragged Wilbur back and swatted him with a book. “I’ll be back as soon as I can. Be good for Uncle Techie, Fundy!”

“WILBUR一” The door slammed shut, the loud sound echoing around the small family cabin. Technoblade winced at the noise, his sensitive piglin ears flicking downwards as he tried to ignore the ringing. His twin must have been in a really big hurry that he forgot about closing the door gently. The ringing continued, his heart sinking as he realized it wasn’t ringing but crying.

He glanced down at his nephew, the little fox hybrid crying as he began to tug at his ears. Damn it, Wilbur. Techno could feel his panic rise as he tried to rock Fundy back and forth, his thoughts fumbling and the voices weren’t really any help. Of all the days, today was the day everyone had chosen to leave the cabin. Phil had taken Tubbo and Tommy to the market, and now Wilbur had gone off to do blood god knows what. Techno grumbled, wincing as he tried to shush the shrieking little bundle in his arms. Every cry sent the fox hybrid into another flurry of tears, his hands tugging at his ears that Techno feared he might tear them off. He sighed, finally coming to a realization. He pressed his hands against the fox hybrid’s ears, hoping that it would be enough to mute out the noise. As was the problem with most hybrids, they couldn’t stand loud noises. Techno had gotten over that weakness a long time ago… he’d have to teach Fundy to do so too…

The sobs simmered down, his nephew falling back into his mumblings as he began to pat Techno’s hands. He grunted, moving his hands away from Fundy’s ears. The fox hybrid whined, hands reaching out, but Techno wasn’t going to give in. Giving in meant surrender. And his nephew needed at least one family member who wouldn’t spoil him. Fundy huffed at the lack of attention, fingers reaching out for a strand of his pink hair instead. Techno let him, it was fine…

… Until the tugging began. He scowled, the child in his arms giggling happily as he pulled at Techno’s hair. It was a regular occurrence for him to face, not that Techno ever got the chance to hold Fundy - not with Wilbur insisting that he continuously hold his little champion - but it didn’t erase the slight pain his head felt each time. Techno breathed out through his nose, sighing as he adjusted his hold so that Fundy was relaxing in one hand. He reached down for his book, opening to the page he had been reading before his twin had disrupted him. Techno left Fundy to his own devices, knowing that the child would occupy himself with Techno’s hair for at least an hour or two, just enough time for Wilbur to come back. His head twitched with each painful tug, but Techno didn’t mind… until he noticed Fundy trying to chew and swallow down his hair.

“Did Wil forget to feed you, kid?” Techno held the child at arm’s length, nose scrunching up as Fundy continued to bite at his hair. “Hm… You hungry or do you just have an affinity for hair?”

The baby gurgled up at him happily, his little fangs poking out from beneath a clump of pink hair. Techno sighed, rising from his seat. His book was left discarded on the couch as he headed towards the kitchen, the baby yipping contentedly in his arms. He looked around the room, brain wracking for any idea as to what baby fox hybrids usually eat. Techno remembered Wilbur feeding Fundy some orange mush the night before, recalling the distinct smell of carrots.

He looked through the cupboards, shaking his head at the lack of food he deemed good for Fundy. Techno looked down at his nephew, frowning as Fundy continued to chew on his hair.

“Not food.” Techno pried his hair away from his nephew’s hands, the baby immediately began to whine, tears forming at the corners of his eyes. Techno panicked, giving his hair back before Fundy could start crying again. He sighed as the baby clapped happily. “You are a handful…”

He headed towards the farm, knowing that he had planted some sweet berry bushes ever since Wilbur came home with Fundy. Foxes liked sweet berries, he hoped Fundy would too.

The sun shone brightly down at them, the screen door shutting behind them with a soft click as Techno walked to the side of the house. The baby crooned, yipping happily as beams of sunlight caressed his cheeks. He rolled his eyes as Fundy began to reach his little hands towards the sky, hair momentarily forgotten as his little fingers tried to follow the clouds that drifted away into the horizon. He snorted, crouching down near one of the bushes, the baby in one arm as he began to pick those that looked ripe enough to eat. Techno managed to grab a handful, face impassive despite the thorns that pricked at his knuckles. He’d felt much worse. He stood up, balancing the baby in one arm as he held a bundle of berries in the other. Techno glanced down at his little nephew, shaking his head as the baby continued to look up at the sky. “Now don’t be an Icarus.”

Fundy glanced up at him, golden-flecked brown eyes looking up at him with such confusion that Techno couldn’t help but chuckle. He went back inside, the baby whining at the loss of sunlight but at least he didn’t break down into tears. If the baby doesn’t cry, then Techno has won.

He settled them back on the couch, placing the baby against the pillows as a support. Fundy reached out his hands, frowning as Techno moved away. He gave Fundy one berry, the fox hybrid’s eyes narrowed into slits. He reached out a hand, swiping the berry from Techno’s palm.

Fundy looked up at him, raising the berry to his nose as though checking for poison - as if Technoblade were the type to use such schemes. After a while, Fundy deemed it safe enough to eat, scarfing the berry down with one bite. The baby giggled, hands reaching up towards him for more. His hands were making that grabby gesture that Fundy did when he wanted someone to give him what they were holding. Techno sighed, handing him another sweet berry, watching as he scarfed that one down too. He raised his little hands for more, growling with impatience.

If it were any other person, Techno would have drawn his sword at the threat, but this was his nephew and a baby couldn’t possibly beat him in armed combat. It just wouldn’t be a fair battle. Techno continued to give Fundy the berries, making sure he actually chewed before swallowing.

After ten minutes of feeding, Fundy had begun to play with the berry in his hand, ears flicked upwards as his tail wagged from side to side. Techno sighed as the fox hybrid squished the berry in between his palms, clapping as the red juice began to drip from his fingers and onto his shirt. Techno picked him up, wincing as Fundy quickly latched onto his hair. He grumbled, dragging himself into the kitchen so he could watch off the sticky red juice. Fundy whined the entire time.

It took quite a while, ending mostly with Techno’s hair being drenched and Fundy sneezing at the cold water that had dropped on his nose, but he managed to get them both back to the couch with all their limbs intact. Techno could feel water trickle down his back, his white tunic pressed against the back of the couch as he let Fundy curl up against his chest. The warm weight that he held made up for the chill at his back. Fundy squeaked happily up at him, wide eyes looking up at him as he felt a fluffy tail wrap around his waist. Techno let out a content grumble, running a scarred hand through his nephew’s messy ginger hair. He rolled his eyes, feeling the uncombed tangles within the fox hybrid’s curls. Poor kid, being Wilbur’s son must be such a laborious task.

“How do you cope with it, kid? Being his twin is exhausting in itself, blood god knows what you must endure on a daily basis.” Techno ran a hand up and down the baby’s back, Fundy having settled on lying against Techno’s chest. Fundy purred, ears flicking up and down as his little eyes fluttered close. Techno sighed, hoping that Wilbur would come back soon so he wouldn’t be forced to lie on the couch for an inconsiderable amount of time, not that he’d ever dare to move in the case that his nephew did fall asleep. He settled on relaxing a hand on Fundy’s back, the fox hybrid snuggling closer as though Techno was actually comfortable to lie on. Techno rolled his eyes at the thought. Impossible. Nope. No. Kid was just not picky about where he chose to sleep. That’s all. “This is not going to be a regular occurrence. I’m letting you do this just this once.”

He heard the muffled thump of footsteps before he heard his twin’s muted laughter. Techno immediately clasped his hands against Fundy’s ears, the fox hybrid snapping awake at the action, a whine bubbling from the baby’s throat just as the door opened with a creak. His ears flicked up, expecting the same loud thud that Wilbur had caused when he had left. He sighed in relief as the door closed with a soft click, looking up to see Wilbur enter the living room, his clothes disheveled as if he had been thrown in a wind turbine. His twin beamed up at him, which gained him a grunt of disdain. Fundy began to squirm in Techno’s hold, catching Wilbur’s attention as he quickly reached down to hold Fundy on one arm. Techno relaxed in his seat, eyes narrowing as he realized that Wilbur’s left hand remained hidden behind his back. His mind raced with the countless possibilities, all of those thoughts disappearing once Wilbur revealed a fish plushie.

“Were you a good boy for Uncle Techie?” Wilbur cooed, handing the plushie towards Fundy who had lunged for it as soon as it had appeared in front of him. His twin laughed, cuddling his son closer to his chest before gazing down to meet Techno’s unamused glare. Wilbur shuffled on his feet, a nervous smile appearing on the brunet’s face. Techno crossed his arms across his chest, arching one eyebrow. At any other point in time, he might have let out a tired sigh to show his discontentment, but he didn’t want to do it in front of the kid. Techno knew what that toy meant, and he knew Wilbur wouldn’t rush out of the house for a simple plushie. “I know. But she wanted me to give it to him, as a reminder. She’s gone now, if that’s what you wanted to hear.”

“Wil…” He moved further into the couch, averting his gaze as the weight of the matter fell over his shoulders. Where was Phil when you needed him? Techno wasn’t sure if he could - if he should - say anything about it. He heard his twin mutter something underneath his breath, feeling the couch sag as Wilbur sat down, Fundy lying on his chest as he cuddled the fish plushie in his arms. Techno sighed, wrapping an arm around his twin as he let Wilbur rest his head against his shoulder. Words… Techno wasn’t good with words. “It… If it helps… then I don’t care.”

“Thanks, Techno.” From the corner of his eye, he watched as Wilbur rubbed at his eye with the back of his hand, laughing despite the unseen tears that Techno knew were there. He shuffled closer, hoping that his presence would be enough to make his twin feel better. “Thank you.”

‘Technosoft???’

‘Poor Wilbur! ;-;’

‘BABY POG POG POG’

Techno sighed, tuning out the voices as he focused on Fundy who had taken up a habit of staring at him. The fox hybrid’s tail wagged as soon as Techno directed his attention towards him, the fish plushie discarded as he made grabby gestures toward Techno. Wilbur looked down, laughing as he noticed Fundy trying to squirm his way into Techno’s hold. He glared at his twin, refusing to take Fundy in his hold. He’d done his time, let Wilbur deal with his son. It wasn’t his respon一

“T…” He froze, as did Wilbur. They stared down at the fox hybrid, Fundy’s face scrunched up in concentration as his little mouth tried to force out a sound. Wilbur looked absolutely grief-stricken as Fundy let out his first word, “T… Te… Te… Tech… Tech! Tech! Tech!”

“I一” Wilbur pouted, though he didn’t stop Fundy from crawling over to Techno. He held Fundy in his arms, surprised that he had been given the honor of being his nephew’s first word. Fundy squealed happily, holding onto him as his tail wagged back and forth. “Fundy, you little traitor.”

Techno let out a chuckle, pulling his twin closer as he rested one hand on his nephew’s back. He couldn’t help but smile, “Shouldn’t have left your child, nerd.” Wilbur sputtered in indignation.

Techno couldn’t wait to see Tommy, Tubbo, and Phil’s faces once they came back.

He reached down, pulling his nephew up until they were eye-level.

Fundy giggled, patting Techno on the cheek. He laughed.

“Maybe you aren’t so bad, kid… maybe you aren’t so bad.”

Them and Their Features

I. EYES. Their eyes are full of burning stars, dancing and twirling across together to the rhyming beats of their heart while it is encased in ivory cages, how each of them tells a story of when they fell to the ground, and both of their galaxy mind and fragile skins bled misery, and they eventually brought themself back up again against their feet on Earth, and their presence became more brighter with greater strength, and when you look into their eyes, they tell you to do not give up // but their eyes are soon to be covered in the storms of fury and ice, wrapped in rage and cold, and you wait, and wait, and you expect there would be a reveal of the rainbow in the end, but your expections simply meets yourself being silenced at, being yelled at, and being struck down until it is over under unpredictable timing, and the darkened clouds rolls away, revealing nothing. Do not give up, their eyes says, but when you rise up with your own eyes up, only does it all leads up to your hopes' demise.

Their smiles can easily replace over a thousand suns across the universe, Apollo, the Greek God who sings and speaks bright inspirations as there are fires of passionate flickering within his divine flesh, would burn envy and melt his ego, and even in the falling nights where the pitch black skies are decorated in stars with a moon, even can you see the most perfect moonlights behind their smiles while you gratefully absorb their radiating shines of peace // but their smiles curls into snarls during the darkest times, their teeth are built with toxic and steel, and when they grit them against each other tight and strong, it is more than enough for you to imagine their tooths are wailing in mercy to stop, as if a little, careless kid is tearing the tree’s roots apart of one of God’s gifts, and as well as their teeth, with their sinful tongue, through a kiss, you can also imagine by the sense they are stained in wonder golds, but what kind of metals are they really coated in behind those golden fakes, when they taste like blood?

III. LAUGHTERS. Their laughters pulls out the strings through the calming atmosphere that are made in soft serenity, and as they speak, they are laced in sugary sweets, and twice as soothing, they would be the lights of guidance for the lost souls who can no longer find their purposes to follow in life, and you are one of them // but their laughters are truly defined as tragedies, and the definition of a tragedy is the list of the lost souls, because you, like every others, fell for them, to embrace and cherish them as whole, and they turn out to pierce and twist deep into your chest before squirming heart. Such sickening wounds to earn; how they are created to force you to remember that true friends stabs you in the front, but them, they do not come to take survivors, they come to kill, and they come to win.

IV. FACE. Their face always make you think of them, though they always remind you otherwise afterwards, as a deity, and everything you take sight upon of what they hold enjoyment and enthusiasm of, and be reminded of the moments you had with them, have their face, and even if you and them are surrounded with sculptures and paintings at an art museum, at the end of the day, they are all you have ever wanted to admire at as they are the masterpiece to you // but their face..... Don't you think it is terrifying to acknowledge the fact that the most gorgeous, inspiring, and wonderful person you have ever met carries a same face as the person who is the most dangerous, insensitive, and abusive one?

V. THEIR FACE, LAUGHTERS, SMILES, EYES, THEM. Do they, the star child, have shown you that beauty actually exists in this world // but... oh, oh, oh dear Icarus, you foolish child, should you have never drawn yourself too close to the sun in the first place; do their rays kisses your father’s crafted wax wings farewell and watches you, with the lack of care burning within them, fall and implode into the ocean before you eventually turn into a tragic lesson for the ignorants’ minds — THAT EVEN BEAUTY CAN BETRAY YOU.

Yo! How’ve you been? If it ain’t too much trouble, could you spare some headcanons for Pit, Dark Pit, and Palutena?

I’m hanging in there! I got frustrated with two of my current college classes yesterday, but other than that, I’ve been doing well!

I really need to watch Chuggaaconroy’s LP of Kid Icarus: Uprising... Or better yet, I should get the game and play it myself.

But at the same time, I think these three have personalities that are relatively easy to figure out and understand. Nonetheless, I did some research, just to make sure that these headcanons were as accurate to the characters as possible.

Just in case this is necessary, there may be spoilers for Kid Icarus: Uprising. I’m not sure if anything that I have written here is a blatant spoiler, but I will still be cautious about that.

My posts have probably hinted at this, but in case they didn’t, I think that Pit would be a lee. In fact, he is the second biggest lee in the entire Smash roster. Or at least, that’s what I like to think.

Pit gets into lee moods quite often, so much so that if he doesn’t experience a lee mood at any point in a single day, people will either think that he had a ler mood instead, or that something made him upset.

On some occasions, the above theories are true. Pit has lee moods quite often, but that doesn’t mean that he will always be in one. Sometimes, he’s just not in the mood. Other times, he is genuinely upset about something, and it kills his lee mood. And on some occasions, his lee mood will be replaced by a ler mood. This is a rare occurrence in his world, but it is a bit more common in Smash.

After the incident with the Ring of Chaos, the Chaos Kin, and the scorching of his wings, Pit nearly lost his lee side due to trauma. However, it would gradually recover until it finally came back in full force after an approximate time period of two years. This time period was the time that took place between the ending of Kid Icarus: Uprising, and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.

He used to be the biggest lee in the entire Smash roster back in the Brawl days, but he lost this title to Shulk when he got invited to Smash, though Pit didn’t know about this until a few months had passed after the events of World of Light.

Was he mad about this? Absolutely not! He didn’t have a fellow lee until Shulk told him about his lee moods, so he’s very happy to have a friend who understands his feelings about tickling!

His worst spots are his feet, underarms, and wings. While all three of these spots are equally as ticklish as the other two, his wings tend to be even more sensitive than his feet or underarms. However, this is only the case if you target the base of his wings. Why? Because this spot isn’t just a worst spot, it is a death spot.

PIt is a squirmer, and he will constantly wiggle around while he laughs his head off. He’ll flap his wings, too, so be sure to watch out for that while you are tickling him, because he might hit you in the face by accident. If that happens, he will be very upset with himself for hurting you.

The best way to avoid being hit in the face by Pit’s wings is to pin him down on his back. That way, he won’t be able to flap them very well, and this will decrease your chances of being hit in the face. This does not guarantee that he won’t hit you in the face accidentally, though, so remain cautious.

While you’re tickling him, you might notice that despite all of the squirming, Pit will try to resist fighting back against you. Why is that? Well, it’s simple really: he loves being tickled! It brings happiness to both him and his ler, so he doesn’t want it stop!

Of course, there are a few situations in which he will have to ask for the tickling to stop, but this isn’t a common occurrence.

He tends to wander around the Smash Colosseum and tickle people as they walk by. Sure, that might result in him being tickled to death, but he thinks that it’s worth it.

Almost all of the story-relevant characters of Kid Icarus: Uprising target Pit, but out of all of them, Palutena, Dark Pit, Viridi, and Phosphora will target him far more often than any of the other characters. Dark Pit and Palutena will continue to target him once they get into Smash, but on rare occasions, Cloud and Shulk will target him too. If they do decide to go after him, they’ll either target him separately, or tag team him. No matter who the ler is, Pit is fucked. But does that matter to him? No!

As a ler, Pit is very playful! He’ll sometimes get in the mood to sneak up on another member of the Smash roster and pounce on them, before tickling them to pieces.

Pit tends to tickle his lees in whatever way he pleases. He doesn’t come up with a plan for any of his lees. However, he will take advantage of a person’s weakness towards a specific type of teasing (which I will get to in a second), or feathers.

He tends to tease his lees by using baby talk. Dark Pit is the primary target of this type of teasing, since he knows that he hates it. If Dark Pit isn’t around, he’ll use this type of teasing on Shulk instead, since he is very weak to it.

As I implied a few sentences ago, Pit likes to use the feathers from his wings as a tickle tool. Unfortunately for him, he is also weak to feathers, so if you want to turn the tables on him while he’s tickling you with a feather, try to take the feather from him and use it against him.

When it comes to Pit being a ler, his only has one problem: he can’t remain that way for long. He is far too ticklish for his own good, and people can use his ticklishness against him to punish him for his mischief.

In his world, his main lee is Dark Pit. Sure, he may get obliterated by him afterwards, but he is the only person from his world that he can stand a lick of a chance against. This doesn’t change when Dark Pit gets into Smash, but Pit will eventually get another lee: Shulk. Shulk is even more ticklish and even more of a lee than he is, and that’s saying a lot.

Moving on to Dark Pit, he doesn’t like the idea of tickling at all (or at least, that’s what he tells himself). However, he will occasionally become a ler if someone refuses to stop tickling him (I’m looking at you, Pit and Palutena).

Dark Pit is a lot more violent when he’s the lee. He will trash about to try and throw you off of him. He will try to grab your wrists and force your hands away from his body. He’ll flap his wings, much like the real Pit, and if he hits you in the face with them, he will not apologize for it.

Despite all of this, there is something that you should know about Dark Pit: He secretly likes the positive attention that he gets from a ler. He is a bit insecure about his existance as a clone of Pit, but he will never admit to it. However, after tickling him, you might notice a more positive change in his behavior. It is a slight change, but if you look hard enough, you’ll see it.

Dark Pit’s worst spots are exactly the same as Pit’s worst spots.

In his world, his main lers are Pit, Palutena, and Viridi. In Smash, Pit and Palutena retain this role, but he doesn’t get any new lers. Everyone is too scared of him punching them in the face outside of battle.

As a ler, Dark Pit is similar to Pit, except that he is a lot more merciless.

Like Pit, he doesn’t come up with plans for dealing with a specific lee, but he does display his preference towards heavier tickling. If you are weak to that, then good luck with surviving that.

For the most part, he doesn’t show his lees any mercy when he tickles them. However, he will never tickle someone into unconsciousness, because even he’s not that cruel.

Teasing? Nope, Dark Pit doesn’t like to do that while he’s tickling someone, unless Pit is the one being tickled. If that’s the case, then he will taunt him. Some of the taunts he uses include, “Pft, you’re so ticklish. How could someone as weak as you win against me?”, and, “Lady Palutena can’t save you now. If anything, she would join in. Would you still love your goddess if she did that to you?”

He tends to not use the feathers on his wings as a tickle tool, but on some occasions, he’ll take a feather from one of his wings and tickle his lee with it. Much like his counterpart, he will use this to his advantage if he finds out that his lee is weak to feathers.

Dark Pit is capable of being the ler for a longer period of time, due to his ability to fight back against counterattacks. However, he is just as ticklish as the real Pit is, so he is somewhat easy to take down.

In his world, Pit is the only one that Dark Pit will target. In Smash, this still stands, but thanks to his counterpart, he begins to target Shulk as well.

And now, Palutena. If there were to be a top ten list of the most dangerous lers in Smash, she would be on there. As for her position, she would probably be at number 5 or number 6.

Tickling her is incredibly difficult. She knows that you’re thinking about it, and she knows that you will try to sneak up on her. If you somehow manage to tickle her while her guard is down, she is rather ticklish for a goddess.

Her worst spots are her ears and her hips. If she has her Goddess Wings out, then she will expose another worst spot: the wings themselves.

You can’t pin her down that easily, but at the very least, you can make her squirm. Try to make her squirm to the point that she will fall over on accident, because that is one of the few opportunities that you will have to pin her down and go to town. Watch out, though. She will try to retaliate against you by reaching her hands up and tickling you when you least expect it.

I really should be making headcanons on what a character’s laughter would sound like, but I tend to have a bit of trouble with that. However, with Palutena, I think I can describe her laughter pretty easily, and I’m pretty sure that I will only need these two words: light and carefree. Actually, add heart-melting to that list.

In her world, Palutena’s main lers are Pit and Dark Pit (though they have a hard time staying in that position). This doesn’t change when all three of them get to Smash. However, Smash did give her a third ler: Bayonetta.

When Palutena is the ler, she is just as playful as Pit, if not more playful.

She prefers to keep her tickling light, but if she knows that you have a weakness to heavier tickling, then she will go for that instead.

Similar to Sephiroth, Palutena knows every technique that she can use to tickle her lees, and she is very observational when it comes to a person’s weaknesses. There is a difference between these two, however: Palutena will tease her lees by using a wide variety of tones. Sephiroth doesn’t do this.

In her home world, her main lees are Pit and Dark Pit. In Smash, these two are still her main less, but she tends to target Shulk as well.

She’ll occasionally go after two of those three people at the same time. I’m aware that this statement is a bit confusing, so allow me to rephrase it.

On some occasions, Palutena will tickle two lees at the same time. With the above list of lees, there are three possible combinations:

Pit and Dark PIt

Pit and Shulk

Shulk and Dark Pit

Sometimes, Palutena likes to make two people laugh at the same time, and tickling is the best way for her to accomplish this.

As one final note, Palutena is the best person to go to if you want to reveal your love for tickling. She is always happy to hear these admissions, knowing that it takes a lot of bravery for someone to admit something like this to another person.

I might think of more headcanons for these three, but for now, this is what I got for Pit, Dark Pit, and Palutena! I apologize for making you wait a few days. I wasn’t ignoring your ask, I just lost some of my motivation after a particularly frustrating day of classes, as I mentioned at the beginning of the post.
