Very rarely does theO get me ticked off like this, but some dumb*** made a post of his top 10 "Spirit Animal Characters". His explanation was as follows: "Spirit animal characters are considered the type of characters you admire for embodying certain traits that you actually relate to in real life[.]"

I want to say something to this guy about that's he's misusing the term Spirit Animal (then again, what do Brits know about Spirit Animals?) but I feel that because I'm not an Indigenous American, it's not my place to say anything. Heck, I don't exactly know what a Spirit Animal is-- I just know it's not a term to be taken lightly. At the same time, I want to drag his arrogant butt, and this would be the perfect opportunity.

Advice?

I was so worked up a minute ago that I wanted to share with you all that I was about to throw my phone across the room. Then I realized that I hadn't logged into Tumblr in over a month, and I forgot my password. In the time it took to reset it, I began to calm down. Still not feeling great about my life, but at least I didn't chuck my phone and break something.

Hey, does anyone use the writing app Foretelling? I downloaded the Android app and I'm just starting to feel it out. Apparently, people can collaborate on it, which would be very helpful for me. That is, once I get everything straightened out on the app.

I remember having a conversation with a kid about this one band. She was like, "Well, their old stuff was good, but now they're sellouts." And I'm thinking, "Dude! You're like 10 years old!"

It's a lousy feeling when you realize your music taste doesn't align with someone else's. It's even worse when someone else gets you into some new music, then turns around and says they don't like that music anymore. But THE worst is when someone tries to get you into music BECAUSE they don't like it.

It's been a long time coming, but I'm finally done with recording my EP. Next comes the part where I have to listen to it over and over so that I can tell them how to mix it.

I'm struggling with the motivation to do stuff with my characters. Whether it's drawing them or writing my stories, it feels like a thankless task right now. And I've been neglecting them for so long that I feel bad.

Maybe I should post an OC ask thing. Not like anything graces my ask box anyway.
