When it is about the ingredients of a Japanese cheesecake, which includes eggs (core ingredient), cornstarch, sugar, and most important cream cheese. The ingredients are mixed and whipped until the air gets completely out of the mixture, which makes the cake light and fluffy. The purpose of using cornstarch is to prevent the cake from collapsing during baking.

When it is about ways to enjoy Japanese cheesecake, then there are numerous ways to enjoy it. You can eat it plain or put freshly-cut fruits on top or use whipped cream in its place. The choice of serving it warm or cold depends on your taste because some people like to eat it cold while some like to eat it hot by heating it and topping it with hot chocolate. It can also be served in the afternoon tea as a dessert.
