aaa thank u so much sudsy... i had a blood test already sometime in the beginning of june and the result was that i was extremely vitamin b12 & d deficient, and i’d need injections, but i was allowed until the end of july (or, til tomorrow, i guess) to see if i could fix that on my own and not need injections after all... but i’m terrified that i haven’t done well enough ;_;,,,, & i just hate everything about veins & needles & drawing blood like that it all makes me so uncomfortable and honestly kind of sick so even if i’ve done this before i absolutely cannot handle having to do it again,, last time i looked away and everything and was still sobbing for like an hour afterwards

and she is here to help & i get that anxiety exposure will help but like,, my last counselor did this exact thing and ive been with this new one for so long i feel like its too late to back out,, i told her already that i know anxiety + depression arent my only problems & i wanted nothing to do with anxiety exposure if it was all we were going to talk about but it feels like she’s forgotten both of those things!! ive already got proof that she doesnt 100% listen to me cause ive told her i have problems with written work & homework and that i just cant do them for multiple reasons and yet she still gives it to me expecting me to do it... i do want to try to tell her that things are starting to feel bad with her and not work out but i just dont know how... its all so scary

AAAH THAT ICE BALL THING I went to a really cool minimalistic store in NYC and they had a silicone ice ball mold and I bought it ($10 so not too bad!) and it is so fun and cool to use and that one looked exactly like it!!!

Oh yeah, I’ve seen those before!! I’ve seen the smaller plastic molds that make a bunch at a time too, but I dig how big of a sphere the silicone ones make, plus it looks really fun to play with when you’re not using it to make ice spheres lmao!
