Seems like all the celebrities in DSV had the same idea for food and drinks at the latest hot spot. Bailey and Q's brunch date started off with mini catch up sessions with friends and colleagues and enemies, but quickly got back on track thanks to the permanently flirty mood these two seem to have lately.

Uchechi: *whispering* Izzy?

Walker: *giggles* Izzy.

Obie: Guys, I’d like you to meet Wally’s brother and sister-in-law, Julian, and Uchechi. Fam, these are our friends Izzy and Matteo.

Matteo: A pleasure, to be sure!

Izzy: Welcome! Glad you could join us!

Julian: We appreciate the invite! This is quite the shindig you’ve set up!

Izzy: Me?! Oh no! Matty, Dirk and I helped pad the guest list a little, but this is all Penny’s doing. Apparently her nepo baby boss screwed up and called Penn to the rescue.

Matteo: They’re lucky we were aiming for a quiet evening this year.

Walker: Where is she?

Matteo: She was just here before you came… Ah! Over there with Kareem.

Uchechi: McCain?

Julian: Please excuse my wife while she fangirls. *everyone laughs*

Penny: When did you folks get here?

Devon: About 5, 10 minutes?

Penny: Again Wawa, I’ll be raiding your closet.

Walker: You’re wearing Sentate but wanna raid my closet? *the three of them laugh*

Devon: You got a good crowd.

Penny: Right? I could kill my boss for dumping this in my lap so last minute. Especially on a holiday weekend! I’m in marketing, not miracles.

Devon: You may have missed your calling…

Penny: Bite your tongue! *the three of them laugh*

Walker: Well, we appreciate the invite. Jules and Chichi especially.

Penny: I’m thrilled you all could make it. I swear to gnomes, Ezra owes me!

Devon: Who?

Penny: *sigh* It’s a long ass story… The CEO’s nephew. He—

Dirk: Ay y’all! This is my boy, Angelo! Just moved from Brindleton. Angie, you know Dev and the Misters. These are my friends Obie, Walker, Julian, Uchechi & Penny, the architect of this event.

Angelo: *nods in greeting* Nice to meet you all. Thank you for the invitation. I –

Salvador was settling into fatherhood and enjoying his job as Diego Lobo's gardener. He heard a surprising piece of news from Anton— "Mr. Lobo, he's one of us, and he hosts parties for men like us. I want you to come with me."

He knew what he meant, and felt somewhat hesitant— he liked women, though what he and Anton felt had been real and he'd come to terms with his desire for both sexes. "Anton, I have a wife. I can't just go around with those men. And Lobo is my employer— It'd be awkward."

"It does not have to be a date, Sal. Just as a friend, to make some new friends."

Sal reluctantly agreed, and found that he felt a sense of community, that he and Anton were not alone. He had rarely seen the interior of Diego's mansion, rarely seen the personal life of his employer. He started to see him as someone who could be a friend and mentor to him.

But it was at one of these events in June 1950, in the early morning hours, that the radio's music was interrupted with news from Washington— that the United States had entered the war in Korea.

Part one of the homeless Del Sol Valley townies! Left to right we have Baby Ariel (aged up to young adult), Izzy Fabulous, and Kayla Flemming! I just noticed that the two ladies are wearing the same shoes, whoooops! Baby Ariel weirded me out for so long. She's technically an immortal teenager which genuinely sounds like a fate way worse than death to me. So now, she will continue to not age, but she will at least be able to like, legally drink and bang and stuff. In the past she's married Sergio Romeo, and they end up adopting a bunch of little dogs. Izzy Fabulous is gay and nearly always ends up with Diego Lobo. They honestly make a great couple, and Izzy oddly tolerates Diego's temper flare ups. Kayla Flemming is a sim that doesn't have a typical trend in past saves. She's gotten with Salim Benali, Marcus Flex, and Don Lothario. I've played her household once, mostly to get her set up as a social media personality who makes workout and cooking videos.

Allan's birthday party continues. Seeing that Brytani has sat across from him, Zoe goes to sit next to him, she has to take good care of her husband this time. Now, it will be best to inform Brytani in some subtle way, that she and Allan have remarried.

But luckily for Zoe, Leinani beats her to it and breaks the news of the marriage to Brytani, and it's not subtle at all. Allan doesn't even say anything, he knows he's doomed.

To top it all off, Zoe starts flirting with him on purpose, this is more than Brytani can take, and she decides to leave the party.

Allan offers to walk her to the door, Zoe tells him not to bother, she'll walk her out.

From Brytani's attitude, Zoe realizes that something is indeed going on between her and Allan. Unbelievable, they haven't even been married a week and Allan has already cheated on her! Good thing Brytani is leaving, she and Allan will settle this later, not on his birthday of course.

Brytani leaves the house without a word and without saying goodbye, her abrupt departure and the expression of sadness on his face are just the tip of the iceberg…
