I feel like whenever my body unlocks something new, it makes it a point to remind me about it everyday now. I'm 24 and I honestly feel like I'm 30.

#aria rants #i think my body discovered neck discomfort and is like: hey. i noticed you arent laying down. heres a stiff neck #its boutta be a full week rn and im still experiencing STIFF NECKS with varying degrees #it isnt as bad rn tho. and im hoping that it will just fade and never comeback for awhile soon alrdy #the consequences of my way of living in the past is catching up to me yall. im in dire need of change #mainly in dire need of exercise. thats the root cause of all my problems. lack of exercise
