aiming high is good but sometimes it makes you forget to celebrate the small victories

#this is abt me not feeling good and having to cut short my walk with my cousin #but now that i think abt it i was outside in the blazing sun with her for 2 hours #and that is literally an accomplishment because this summer I’ve just been so terrified of passing out from the heat #the most I’ve stayed outdoors at one time is my daily 20 min walk to work… but 2 hrs ???!!! #that’s an accomplishment! #also my stomach alr wasn’t feeling well in the morning and I still went #🤧🤧🤧 but since we had planned to walk farther into the park I still feel kinda sad 😢 #it’s cuz we spent more time window shopping at the stalls on the way to the park… that by the time we got to the park and climbed #the first hilly road i didn’t feel good anymore 😭 #😔😔 #see it would have been much better if my goal was just to spend 2 hrs outside 🤧then I wouldn’t be so sad abt it #💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
