After several years in the same studio, I transitioned to a new space in the fall, and it was an exciting and scary experience simultaneously. It wasn't as smoothe as I expected, and I was faced with doubts around my choices. This is the first piece created in the new space, sprouting from that uncertainty and changing conditions, offering an opportunity to use a different clay, to repair using kinstuji and to not take for granted my sculpting community.
