L'arboretum d'Ingrannes au mois de mai 29/05/2023

Sur la route des roses

bordée par la forêt

les paupières mi-closes

qu'il fait bon voyager!

Mais à l'arboretum

où tu vois de grands arbres

au summum de leur beauté

il faut vraiment te reposer

Nul n'y reste de marbre

Ils ont ceux-ci de jolis noms

le tulipier de Virginie

ou le cornouiller du Japon

ou bien encore celui-là

le magnolia grandiflora!

Des infuseurs de poésie

et de paix intérieure aussi

Je ne me lasse pas d'arpenter ces allées

rêvant parmi les azalées

dont les inflorescences

ont de roses reflets

As someone who pressures myself to affirm affirm affirm until im driving myself crazy with these damn affs; your post is very validating. But I do believe that affirmations can shift you to your ideal state; though. Look at sammy ingrann's channel sucess stories. When you dont know how it feels like to be X or z; affirmations can help you gradually shift. Saying methods dont work; implies that its the methods that will give you x. When in reality they will usually work if you ASSUME so. YOU have the Power. Its also no use affirming 10k x if you come out of it, saying "fuck this, this didnt work". Thats just playing yourself.

affirmations don't shift you into the state, bc shifting into a state is instant. but they help you maintain your desired state and help you capture the feeling of the wish fulfilled! affirmations definitely work for a lot of people. i think it's really just a difference of if you're repeating affirmations all day long hoping it will bring you your desire, or if your repeating affirmations to help you dwell in your desired state and conjure the feeling of knowing. there is definitely a grind culture that has come about with affirmations. i remember always hearing "if you don't have your desire yet, it's because you didn't affirm enough and you need to affirm more." but at the height of my affirmation obsession, i was affirming literally every waking moment i had for months. the real issue was that i was desperately affirming as much as i could, thinking that affirming would bring me my desire, all the while acknowledging the fact that i didn't have my desire. some people are able to affirm 10k times and use that to help them feel their desires as theirs, while others see it as a life hack and just focus on hitting the 10k mark instead. but 10k isn't a magical number that will give you your manifestations without fail every time! you still have to shift your state.

i don't think anyone really says "methods don't work." we say "methods don't manifest" which is true. methods help you to make your desired state your new dwelling state, which is what manifests. methods are simply methods, they don't hold some special power. YOU are god. every blog makes posts about methods, bc they are very beneficial and helpful. but they are not what manifests. and if you're assuming that a method works, you are in the state of knowing that your desire is yours!
