Joining link in bio. . Almond flour fettuccine with vegan lemon ricotta sauce 🥲 1/2 of a box of Cappello’s grain-free fettuccine 2 cups of broccoli 1/4 cup of kalamata olives . Sauce- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of Kitehill plant based ricotta 1/4 cup of Follow Your Heart DF parmesan 1 tbsp olive oil Juice from 1 lemon 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 ish cup of pasta water Salt & pepper to taste . DIRECTIONS In a bowl, stir all the sauce ingredients (except the pasta water) together. Try it & add more salt/pepper to taste depending on your preference. Cook the fettuccine as directed, strain, and save 1/2 cup cup of the pasta water. Pour the pasta back into the pot, along with the lemon ricotta sauce. Next stir in the pasta water, just a little bit at a time until you get desired consistency (might not use the full 1/2 cup). Add in steamed broccoli & kalamata olives & mix well! When served, add more parm on top, drizzle of olive oil, salt, and lemon wedges. INGREDIENTS 4 slices of prosciutto 1 cup of grape tomatoes 1 box of Capello’s sweet potato gnocchi Pecorino Romano cheese Olive oil . DIRECTIONS Boil 3 quarts of water in a large pot. Add the frozen gnocchi and stir. Cook for ~5 min (stirring ever 30 sec) or until the gnocchi begin to float. Drain & transfer to a pan with olive oil (~1 tbsp) & some pecorino Romano. Sauté for 2 min. Slice the prosciutto into 2 ish pieces and fold over, slice the tomatoes in half. Add these to the large pan as well & sauté for another 2 min. Pesto cauliflower gnocchi with seared scallops and mozzarella spinach👉 @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi Nutritional yeast Cooking spray @traderjoes pesto @sizzlefishfit scallops Butter Spinach Mozz . DIRECTIONS *please dont* cook the gnocchi as the bag directs lol put it in a pan straight from the freezer on low/med heat & the top on. Once they’ve thawed out a little, add olive oil & nutritional yeast. Up the heat to medium. Check them every 2 ish mins, adding more olive oil & nutritional yeast until crispy. I have a highlight with step by step videos of how I make this! . Heat 1/2 tbsp of butter in a pan on the stove. Pat dry the sea scallops then add them to the pan once hot & sear for 2 min ish on each side. Make sure to pat dry them before adding to the pan! . Cook a handful of spinach in a pan with olive oil for 2 ish min until wilted down. Add a few mozz pearls while still on the burner. Remove once the mozz has melted. . Baked BBQ tofu with lemony broccoli and caramelized onions👉 1 14oz package of extra firm tofu 1 tbsp @primalpalate smokehouse rub 1 tbsp @judeesingredients cornstarch (discount code on their site: KMWG15) @kinderssauce bbq sauce @garciadelacruzoliveoil extra virgin olive oil Broccoli Sweet onion . Place the block of tofu on folded up paper towels. Then put more paper towels on top & something heavy to drain the water. Leave for ~20 min or longer if possible (switch out the paper towels too). Then cut into cubes & place in a large bowl with the cornstarch, smokehouse rub, & ~1-2 tbsp of olive oil. Key to making them super crispy is the cornstarch!! Make sure each piece of tofu is evenly coated then place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for around 35-40 min (move them around half way through). While they’re baking, slice the onion and caramelize in a pan with lots of olive oil. In a separate pan, sautéed the broccoli in olive oil. Once they start to char on the outside, squeeze in some lemon juice. I forgot to add parm but this addition would b so good!! Once the tofu is done, let cool, coat in bbq sauce, and serve with the veggies. Mediterranean Tuna Salad INGREDIENTS 1 4.6oz can of @blueharborfishco Wild Albacore Tuna With Sea Salt 1/2 of a head of Romaine lettuce 2 eggs 1/2 of a Persian cucumber 1/2 cup of whole cherry tomatoes 1 avocado 3 tbsp of kalamata olives 2 tbsp of feta For the greens- 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp dried oregano . DIRECTIONS Chop up the romaine and place in a large bowl. Toss in olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Place in the fridge to let chill while prepping the rest of the ingredients. Bring a pot of water to a boil & gently place the egg in. After 6 1/2 minutes (for soft boiled eggs), remove the egg & let chill in a bowl of ice & water for 3 minutes. Dice the cucumber and slice the cherry tomatoes and avocado. Place your greens in a bowl and top with the tuna fillets straight from the can and the rest of the listed ingredients above. GF breaded chicken with a basil mozz salad👉 INGREDIENTS 👇 2 chicken breasts 1 egg ~1/4 to 1/3 cup of Italian breadcrumbs (I used @appelfoods nut crumbs) 1 cup of whole cherry tomatoes 1/3 cup of mozzarella pearls 12 large basil leaves 1/4 cup of green olives 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Arugula Balsamic glaze 2 tbsp of olive oil *Serves 2 . 👉DIRECTIONS Whisk the egg in a bowl (with salt & pep) & place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the chicken with the egg & then transfer to the breadcrumb plate. Coat front and back of the chicken with bread crumbs & place on a heated plan with olive oil. Put the top on, let sit for ~4 min & flip. Place the basil leaves on top of each other, roll into one large log, then slice several times down it (this’ll make strips of basil). Add to a large bowl, along with the cherry tomatoes (sliced), olives, mozz, balsamic vinegar, and salt + pepper to taste. Once the chicken is done, place over arugula and serve with the basil salad as well. Drizzle balsamic glaze over everything. Flank steak with sweet potato wedges & roasted broccolini 👉 👉INGREDIENTS Flank steak (mine is from @traderjoes) @vitalfarms ghee Sweet potato Baby broccolini Seasonings- paprika, oregano, onion, garlic, salt, pepper (I use @primalpalate meat & potatoes seasoning bc it’s a blend of all of those) Olive oil . . 👉DIRECTIONS Cut up the sweet potato & coat with olive oil & seasoning. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet & cook in the oven for 45 mins at 375. Flip halfway through. *These come out slightly crispy on the outside and softer on the inside. . Heat oil on the stove and place steak (coat it in the seasonings first) in the pan with the top on. Cook to your liking then top with ghee or butter. . Drizzle broccolini with olive oil & sprinkle garlic powder on the broccolini then bake at 375 for 12 min. Shiitake mushroom egg sandwich @baseculture 7 nut & seed bread 1 egg ~1 tbsp chopped green onion 1 slice of Violife vegan cheese About 1/4 cup of shiitake mushrooms (I used the frozen one from Woodstock) 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos Trader Joe’s vegan kale, cashew, & basil pesto . DIRECTIONS Toast your bread & then add a large spoonful of pesto. Whisk the egg with the mushrooms, onion, liquid aminos, and pinch of salt. Heat olive oil on the stove and pour in your egg. Keep the heat on medium ish and put the top on. After around 2 min (or until it starts to cook through), break up the cheese slice and place on one side of the scramble. Fold the other side of the scramble over (covering the cheese) and flip the whole thing over lol kinda like an omelette. Air fried tofu with sautéed broccoli & onion Ingredients 👉 Extra firm tofu Broccoli Sweet onion Sesame oil @traderjoes chili onion crunch Liquid aminos Minced garlic . DIRECTIONS Place the tofu block on folded paper towels with more on top + a plate & a heavy object last (to press it down). Let sit for ~15 min or longer. Cut into squares, coat in sesame oil, liquid aminos, & salt. Place in the air fried on 375 for 15-20 min (flip halfway and keep an eye on them when you check to decide how much longer to cook for). Meanwhile, add minced garlic to a plan with broccoli & sliced onion. Once they start to soften, add liquid aminos & a drizzle of sesame oil. Serve in a bowl with the tofu on top. Vegan cacio e pepe with roasted tomatoes & toasted pine nuts INGREDIENTS @eatbanza chickpea spaghetti 3 tbsp olive oil 2 shallots sliced 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 head of garlic 1.5 cups riced cauliflower 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts + 2 tbsp more for topping 2 tbsp @appelfoods nut crumbs (bread crumb alternative) 2 cups of raw cherry tomatoes Serves ~2 . DIRECTIONS For the garlic, chop the top off of the bulb, wrap in aluminum foil & roast at 400F for 20-30 minutes. For the tomatoes, add 2 cups of raw cherry tomatoes into a baking dish & pour in about 1.5 tbsp of olive oil & salt. Roast at 400 for ~30 min (stir around at 15). Heat the olive oil, shallots, roasted garlic, and s&p, in a large pan for around 5 min. Then add in the cauli rice & 1/2 cup of pine nuts. Remove from heat once the cauli rice is soft and add everything to a mixer along with 1/4 cup of pasta water. Blend until smooth (add more pasta water as needed). Pour back into the large pan along with the cooked spaghetti and cherry tomatoes & mix thoroughly. Serve & top with toasted pine nuts + bread crumbs (add these to a baking sheet w parchment paper and broil for a few min until brown) + pour the juice from the baking dish with the tomatoes on top. We love a fridge dump salad Lemon oregano salad with baked salmon Ingredients 👉 Honey garlic salmon: .85lb salmon 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp coconut aminos 1 tsp honey 1 tsp lime juice 1/2 tsp salt (to top the salmon with before going in the oven) . 1/2 of a large avo Handful of cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp @followyourheart dairy free feta crumbles 1/2 of a head of organic romaine 1/2 of a large lemon 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1/2 tsp salt + pepper *Note portions for the salmon are for 2-3 (this was just prepped before hand) but the rest are just for one! DM me if you have q’s :) . DIRECTIONS Wash the romaine, chop, add to a large bowl, & pat dry with a paper towel. Squeeze in lemon juice, olive oil, and sprinkle oregano, salt & pepper, and pumpkin seeds. Let the greens chill in the fridge while the salmon cooks. Put the salmon in a baking dish, combine the salmon marinate ingredients, and pour onto the salmon in the dish. Bake at 400 for ~12 min then broil for 5 min. Top on your salad along with the rest of the ingredients. Honey garlic salmon: .85lb salmon 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp coconut aminos 1 tsp honey 1 tsp lime juice 1/2 tsp salt (to top the salmon with before going in the oven) . DIRECTIONS Pour the entire bag of broccoli slaw (it’s about 5 cups) into a large bowl. In a small dish, mix together all the ingredients to make your sauce. Pour into the big bowl, add the sesame seeds & basil separately, & then mix thoroughly. For the basil, I lay them on top of each other then roll them from the bottom up (into like a little basil strip) & cut down the strip. I hope that made sense lol. Next, put aside to marinate. . Put the salmon in a baking dish, combine the salmon marinate ingredients, and pour onto the salmon in the dish. Bake at 400 for ~12 min then broil for 5 min. . Try the slaw & make sure it’s to your liking! Add more lime/coconut aminos as needed. Sautéed shrimp with asian-style vegetable medley Ingredients @sizzlefishfit frozen shrimp (convenient single serve portion- discount code “KMWG”) Frozen veggies- this was a mix of broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots, red bell pepper, and snap peas Coconut aminos @traderjoes nori komi furikake Sesame oil . Join our smoothie paln link on Bio Follow @health_helpz . DIRECTIONS Thaw out your shrimp. I leave it on my counter top for like 2 hours & it’s good to go. Can also just transfer to fridge overnight! Place in a heated pan with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil. After 2 min, flip. Once almost done, add 1 tsp of coconut aminos and sauté for another 30 seconds or until cooked through. In a large pan, add your veggies + a splash of water and the top on to steam them. Once soft, add about 1/2 tbsp sesame oil & let that cook for about 3-4 min. Add more oil as needed. Then add 1/2-1 tbsp of coconut aminos (just depending on the amount of veggies you use) & sauté for 2 ish more min. Serve in a bowl, top with the shrimp, some furikake, sea salt, and white sesame seeds.
