#txt #i ranted abt this in our server but like. #the fact that people joke abt 9/11 as if it didnt impact the way muslim people are treated worldwide is very. raises eyebrow #like sure i enjoy a 9/11 joke on occasion. but if you say 'happy 9/11' im like. ok well people did die. #and muslim people were subsequently largely treated as terrorists in a lot of countries. sure not necessarily by the govts. #but people's demeanor very largely reflected that thought process. #Why do you think muslims largely stick together in countries where islam isnt the main religion/in religion neutral countries. #idk. what do i know though. only half of my family is muslim & im white passing & living in europe.
