my most (adjective, idk) opinion is I get kind of upset when I think about the Carpathia and how everyone acts like it was absolutely inspirational and the correct thing to do when the odds were that actually making those decisions probably would have killed everyone on board and they just got really really insanely lucky and actually those were all really dumb decisions that put a ton of people at mortal risk

like im glad it turned out well but also I dunno. mainly it inspires me to be like "well damn dude the Titanic JUST SANK for going top speed through an ice field maybe don't go top speed through an ice field also"
