Carbonmon, an evolution for Meteormon/Insekimon. The little bit of lavender is a bandana given to him by his partner. Wow it’s been forever since I posted a digimon thing. I finalized this design mentally about ten years ago and only just now was able to draw it. The idea behind this guy is that he’s as solid as diamond, but has a layer of essentially graphite coating his skin. Dude is walking pencil lead.

ogremon area idea for my Dndigimon campaign

So, this area will be concentrated around a stand alone mountain. The northeast face is connected to some snowy and colder biomes, the southeast face is connected to green biomes like jungles and forests and plains, and the west face is connected to dryer biomes like deserts and grottos and quarries.

The base of the green land face is populated by Goburimons and Ogremons, who are partnered up with Tuskmons (because they look similar so I thought it would be cool), their are also some other digimons around of various types like plants and insects and dinos and beasts and birds and dragons and such but near the base it's mostly those listed three that are near the mountain.

The base of the cold land face is populated by Snow Goburimons and Hyogamons, who work with Yukidarumons and Icemons. These Ogremon types are usually in disputes with Mojyamons and Ikakkumons. Further from the base are various beast and rock and ice digimons (with a few outliers of the other types that can survive in the climate).

And at the base of the dry land face are Fugamons and Shamamons, who work with Tuchidarumons and Gottsumons, and these guys work with the Yukidarumons and Icemons from earlier with their own little connected roads and such. Other types of mons are further away like rock and fire and beast and dinos and dragons.

Now, along the mountain from these Ogremon villages are paths that can all lead to eachother for the purpose of sending messages and supplies to eachother, further up the paths go they converge into an area where a sole Baromom lives who acts as an inspector of people who wish to travel further up. He's a guide and a gate keeper, he won't let you pass unless you succeed his vibe check, and if you do pass he is the one who leads you further up the mountain. With him are a Shamamon, SnowGoburimon, and Gobirimon who he sends to their respective villages to tell them of the divine messages he's been told.

When taken up, you will come across three champion level digimon. The pinnacle of these Oni type digimons. An Ogremon X, a Kinkakumon, and a Ginkakumon. If you can either convince them you deserve to go up or beat them in a fight and earn their respect, they will let you further up. If you fight, you will first fight the Ogremon X, then the Kinkakumon, then the Ginkakumon. If you accidentally piss them off, you will have to fight all three, Ogremon X running around and Kinkakumon piloting Ginkakumon Promote. This process is to ward off people who may not be deserving to go farther up, as they recognise strength as true power, but they can also be easily smoothed over with a good enough talk.

After this, you are left on your own to go farther. This is about two thirds of the way up, beyond this point lie three Xingtianshoumons, an Asuramon, a Rebellimon, and a Frozomon. All of these can be avoided, they stay up here by choice as a statement. Their power allows them to scare off all the other digimon who would want to go up there. There are several ways to try and talk with each of them in a friendly manner but they will most likely be violent towards whoever they see.

If you're able to fenaggle your way around, you'll be able to find a spot where you can go inside the mountain. In these mine like caves, you'll find various carvings depicting battles long long long ago, depicting such massive and terrifying beasts like Titamons and Shroudmons and Vikemons, all in a massive combat with eachother before somewhere along the caves, the carvings stop. Later on, the walls are painted, showing a single mountain with the symbol of the earth spirits both above the mountain and further away at a temple looking area without a defined landmass near it.

This mountain is the hiding place for the Human Spirit of Earth, with clues to where the Beast Spirit of Earth stays as well as hints about where the digimental of Knowledge also hides.What do y'all think?

A jolly Beast Man Digimon who brings happiness wherever it goes. Its Special Moves are obliterating the enemy's fighting spirit with a very hearty laugh ("Happy Ho-Ho-Holidays!") and giving away gift boxes with  varying effects ("Gift Gamble"). Good Digimon who receive one find a revitalizing present inside, but naughty Digimon can only expect a swift and powerful explosion.

His special attack is snowball barrage, this Digimon has precise accuracy in snow fights

This big dumb baby digs holes everywhere. Also I love the fact ALL OF THE BEETLE DIGIMON HAVE TO YELL WHEN THEY TALK.

I fell into a hole and found an item that would allow me to digivolve one of my partners into grankuwagamon. Ruby was a megakabuterimon, so I knew it was Destiny 🐞💖

My first ever Mega, at generation 3. I was so proud.

Our town got a casino lmao

Through hard battling, Zephyr became metalseadramon and was my second ever mega digimon. Again, very proud.

We got our payback against that swarm of geremon and finally recruited angemon.

Also, thanks to Zephyr's new found abilities, we were able to help the icemon... who really should have left after almost dying but hey 🤷‍♀️

But yeah, a bunch of plot stuff happened, more machineDRAYmon, stuff tying it to the original game that I haven't played , and then I went to recruit more digimon.

Oh yeah, also Mirei showed up. I know she's got some kind of... multiverse thing going on with all the games but it is weird seeing her outside of Cybersleuth because I'm dumb and unfamiliar with her lore lmao

Also I got a great shot of these massive beasts looming over me, wanting to go night night.

We met a celebrity 💅

And now we are caught in a war between carnivores and vegans-who-are-also-vegetables.

THE BEST/WORST PART THOUGH:

I joggressed my partners for the first time ON ACCIDENT. I was trying to do a team attack thing and instead accidentally did an ExE evolution I DIDN'T KNOW I COULD DO THAT YET. They became Rosemon Burst Mode and it was GLORIOUS, except for the fact it happened so fast I didn't get the video clip 😭 Also that dramatic first evolution was wasted on a random tyrannomon and not like, an actual boss fight. Still amazing though, I'm proud of my babies. I'll be so upset when these guys go.
