hey zira, what are your hot takes on all of the fo4 companions?

Haha, I don’t know how hot they are, but I can give you a speed run! (Also I am very excited to get this. FO4 was the first open world game I ever played and just the concept of that and the hugeness of the world and branching story & sudden feeling changes towards me in companion characters totally blew my mind, & it still lives rent free in my heart).

Ada, Old Longfellow, and Strong I /still/ haven’t maxed despite having too many hundred hours to want to list on this game—the former bc they were DLC, Strong because honest to god I left him at a nice settlement and then completely forgot about him and remembering that I am the energy in this Ryan O’Flanagan video but abt leaving my super mutant in a tiny settlement alone. I will get there! To max affinity I mean. But anyway, I don’t truly know those three, so my takes are incomplete. So far though, I really like Ada. She is a good girl just trying her best. Fucks me up I can tell her to self destruct. Even though I feel sure she would ignore me, I cannot imagine ever saying that to her. It was really sweet she was willing to forgive the Mechanist and move on with her life. A good girl. Longfellow I am maxing rn (was last time I played anyhow). I enjoy him. Gruff grumpy old man but he seems quite decent and I like his idle banter and when he sings to himself a lot. Seems like he’s had it rough. Strong I liked. He’s wild, and I loved how insane meeting him was, and am worried about him eventually understanding poetry and how that might mess up his sense of world understanding. But he’s a chill dude in his own way and I am glad they gave us at least one nice super mutant.

For the companions I actually do know like the back of my hand, the speedrun:

Nick Valentine: Best man on earth. One of two fictional characters I ever called husband. I would die kill or live for him. I want to be 1/4th the man Nick Valentine is. One of the best characters ever period and I adore literally everything about him. It fucked me up early in game where right after he offered to basically risk destroying his mind to help a stranger look for her son, he asked me how I was doing. First character in the entire game to do that. His first companion dialogue is abt how you’re doing TuT. The man is very kind and forgiving and fair, but knows when the draw the line and take no shit. Emotionally mature, kind, caring, longsuffering. Incredibly damaged and broken by life, but holding on and living kindly and to help others anyway. One of the four most marryablen fictional men I’ve ever seen.

Preston Garvey: Brave, kind, sweet man. I would defend him with my life. He really just wants so bad to make the world better and life has been so hard, but he’s still trying. A beautiful and underrated companion and I would throw hands for him on sight. I adore how he whistles. A true and gentle and loyal friend. Take him to Quincy and let him get his justice it’s what he deserves. People who hate him because he tries to get help helping civilians in that game are weak. I love him so much... please give him enough time to reach max affinity he’s so worth it.

Deacon: *To the tune of You Are My Dad* You are my friiiiend! You’re my friend! (Boogie woogie woogie). Initially, he pissed me off bc he lies all the god damn time, but after we got close enough he actually trusted me, he stole my heart and I would also die for Deacon. He’s a really good person who thinks he’s shit because of who he was on his past. Also him 🤝 Preston: massive survivor’s guilt. They should be friends. Poor Deacon has been the last member of the Railroad like four times, and it’s awful. Help him. Give him love and support. He’s one of my all time faves. Also, Railroad hands down best faction and if you kill them for any reason other than like a walkthrough route video and I ever get the chance I would 100% clock you in the face as hard as I can, like going for losing teeth, and feel no guilt. I know it’s a game and that’s wrong, and I’d be wrong, but I’d still do it. Also, Ryan Alosio (his VA) saw me do cosplay for Deacon once and told me it was great and it filled me with even more love. Anyway Deacon is great. Also, his whole “There are other organisations out there. And, in time, I'm sure they're going to spoon-feed you their own patented form of bullshit. Ignore the verbage and look at what they're doing. What they're asking you to do. What sort of world they'd have you build and how they're going to pay for it.” Is one of the like, two most iconic quotes in all of FO4 & just super good in general.

Hancock: Hardcore badass man but also a good dude and a champion for the people. Man really puts his money where his mouth is and you gotta respect that; another favorite companion for sure. Big fan of the way he stabs a guy for you upon meeting, and is a cool leader who organized his crime and does a decent job actually leading. He works hard to help people and bites back hard. Social justice advocate, dangerous man about town, not afraid to cosplay a revolutionary war hero 24/7 & u gotta respect the no fucks given attitude. A chill dude. Like that he fights the institute, hates the Brotherhood, helps the Railroad, and is friends with Nick. He’s legit af. Also, his VA gives a different answer every time someone asks him about the voice he did for hancock and they’re funny af.

Piper Wright: A cool spunky lady. Lois Lane on the case, kicking butt, and taking name. She’s nice but also hardcore and smart, supportive, fun. A good person. You always get points if you like Nick (which most companions do), and they’re good friends. She’s funny and I love her. A good heart.

Codsworth: He’s great. He’s family. He’s like my...weird brother. Getting to max affinity is heartwarming and also makes my heart go :’-] . Great early-game companion bc he kicks ass and doesn’t need stims to heal. I love getting called by my name and think that was a great feature (well, my PC’s name). He’s a wonderful funky little robot dude and I am so glad he likes me.

Dogmeat: Amazing. A good boy. Doggo of the year. His actor deserved the game award she won. Cute, full of love, and plays with a teddy bear if you give him one. 100/10z

Cait: I like her a lot. She’s been through so much shit, and it makes sense she is how she is. I like they actually gave her an emaciated and messy (though still pretty) design, since she is a drug addict. And that they make her main quest about taking that seriously and wanting to get help, and that she’ll call out the player if they fuck around and do drugs in front of her after she gets rehabilitated. Her relationship to the PC if good is really sweet, and I am a fan. I like that while she’s not sympathetic to synths and thinks they aren’t people, she forgets that every time Nick walks into a room and is like “Oh hey Nicky : )”. She’s a good girl who has been through a lot and still needs time to heal and find herself, but she’s making great strides.

Robert Joseph MacCready: Human disaster (loving). Homeboy a goddamn /mess/ but I love him. He tries so hard to be cool. I love he makes you pay him to come with, then chickens out and gives it back lol. A fool ball of anxiety and bad decisions and what he thinks brovado is. I wish he, Preston, and Deacon would quit fighting, bc I am always like “ :’-] </3 Boys Please” when they swap out, but I love them just the same. He’s doing his best, he’s just stupid and a fool. Like Philip J Fry. Keeping his goddamn soldier toy, which somehow is listed as junk instead of sent to Misc with quest items where it would be fine, safe?parylizes me with fear. I’ve lost 2 hours of gameplay reloading an old save bc I accidentally lost it.

X6-88: A more complex one to answer about. He’s bad, but like, I’m pretty sympathetic to how he got that way. He was created in a lab and had his emotions mostly dragged out of him in intense psychologically damaging training so he would be a weapon and view himself as an object. I was relieved he chose me over the institute even if he wasn’t a fan of the chocie, and think that means there’s a lot of hope for him. Wish he’d chill the fuck out and quit intimidating civilians for 6 god damn seconds, but I like him. I bring him fancy lad snack cakes home from travels all the time, bc Synths are supposed to like them. Really like that he’s the /most/ sympathetic companion towards Danse in Blind Betrayal, even though he should not be programmed for that, and Danse hated him and made it clear any time they interacted.

(EDIT) Curie: I FORGOT HER BABY IM SO SORRY. I like Curie a lot, despite the fact I temporarily forgot she existed. I stg I thought she was in here. Uhhh, okay. Curie: like her character and personality, HUGE un-fan of both the way her desire to get a synth body is to be ‘more real,’ as if Codsworth isn’t a fully realized person while the same robot type she is, instead of just like. Because it would make her happy. ALSO hate how much of a Born Sexy Yesterday she is, even intentionally in not-determinate affinity talks. It’s gross. But her herself, I like a lot. She’s my daughter and I will protect her. She works at The Castle right now as their on-site medic.

Paladin Danse: I know I’m gonna take heat for this but honestly? He didn’t do much for me. I like that he looks and sounds kinda like Buzz Lightyear, and that’s fun, but idk at all why people think he’s so hot. He’s very boring & generic looking to me. Like you’re valid! Taste all be different. But he doesn’t do it for me personally in looks or personality. I don’t at all like, hate him. Or even dislike. Tbh I am fairly neutral on him. It was funny making affinity with him though. Every other companion I had maxed, I liked more and more with each affinity talk. They’d be like “So my dad was a minuteman and died and I want to honor him” or “I just want to really feel like I’m a person, for real, myself, and I am glad I met you, because the good we have achieved together is ours, even if I can’t be sure of anything else,” or “My brother threw the cultural minorities out of our city for clout bc the rich citizens were all racist, and I tried to help—I snuck them food to the unsafe ruins they set up in for weeks, but eventually, they just vanished, and I still bear immense guilt and self-hatred over not having stopped that.” And Danae’s would be like “One time a buddy of mine got kidnapped by super mutants. They turned him into one of them, and they’re all abominations, so I killed him and it made me really sad.” And I was just like “...Oh danse. I really wanted to like you more. But what the fuck.” His relationship to Haylen is sweet though. And ofc I saved him in Blind Betrayal. I blew up the Prydwin so he’s safe now too, and he lives in the garden by my house and tells me how glad he is we’re friends, and I’m p into that. Overall, my feelings on him are not strong at all though.

Porter Gage: Not a fan. Like, I appreciated he helped me kill the old boss, sure. And bc I owed him for that, I went to max affinity to see what there was to him as a person. And like, as far as raiders go, he was okay. But he wasn’t deeply sympathetic, and he’s a slaver, and if you try to liberate the slaves he and the others own, he /will/ turn on and attempt to murder you immediately, no matter how close you were, so he made his choice, and it was to be a bad person and an asshole to the last. Really enjoyed the VA’s work a lot on him tho.

@a-stitch-in-timey-wimey - PROBABLY MY BEST FRIEND ON HERE, SHE'S SO BEAUTIFUL AND SO FUNNY AND I CAN TELL HER LITERALLY ANYTHING. She's such a babe, I met her through one of my posts I made agesssss ago (yeah that’s right, she’s and OG) where I was like "like and reblog this post if you like any of these fandoms and I'll dm you" and our friendship grew from there!! We both love Voltron, Klance and pasta and one of our first interactions and inside jokes was when she told me when she dropped toothpaste down her sock lol cause how do you even manage to do that (do you even remember that jess???) and idk it’s just such a fond memory even though it’s so random. I fucking live for when she rants/tells me stories on snapchat, I was actually watching one of her ‘storytime’ vids that she sent me and like 5 minutes into her story (when we were getting the climax!!) my phone died and now I’m stuck on this cliffhanger until my phone recharges (so imma write all this while I wait lol). She also didn’t murder me when I broke our 105 day streak (I”M SORRY) in fact she wasn’t even mad!! If that’s not the sign of a true goddess I don’t know what is! ALSO, she's SUPER pretty and inspired me to cut my hair, I'd been think about cutting my hair short(er) for a while and after she cut hers and I saw how pretty she looked, I thought I must do it I must be like Jess. I love her so much from the bottom of my heart and I'm so glad that we're friends <3

@galacticpandasstuff - JADEEEEEE MY SWEET BBY I HOPE YOU GET SOME SLEEP. I always love my deep chats with Jade, we've been mutuals for a while but didn't start talking until recently, we often talk in the afternoon for me and when it's like 4am for her. She def needs to sleep more but we all still love her anyway! Despite her not sleeping that much, she’s still drop dead gorgeous and handles tough situations like a fucking champ wtf, I wish I was even just half as strong as her. I’m very proud that my networking skills have really risen up to the challenge and have paid off because and I’ve connected Jade to a couple of my mutuals and they all love her nearly as much as I do!! She's always so kind to me and I'm sure she'll be kind to you too, she has a relatively small blog and it definitely should be bigger so highkey recommend giving her a follow and maybe even a dm too because she's v nice!!

@repetitive-tautology - JAMES OMG WHAT A FUNNY GUY HE’S AND ACTUAL LAD OMG. I actually love James so much and despite me always feeling inferior to his Top Notch (TM) wittiness and intellect, we manage to have an excellent friendship. We also met through that post I made (about liking certain fandoms and then I would dm you!!) but we never really ended up talking about any of the fandoms lol, our conversation (and friendship!!) just immediately took off. I absolutely love his blog and he's such a funny guy, I've met a lot of great mutuals and friends from him (vague crusade!!!). We unfortunately don’t talk as much as we used to (I’M SORRY BUT DISCORD REALLY SCARES ME, OKAY) and I hope that after this post is... posted it’ll prompt us to talk again! He's one of the actual OG's of my blog and played a vital role in my pasta brand becoming a thing! He also came up with funky spaghet and sinful noodle (if you remember those names lol). Anyway, if you're looking for a laugh, definitely hit him up and follow his blog!!

@raging-chaotic-bisexual - DFGHJKLLKJHGFDSDFGH SOHIE AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY!! Half of our interactions are are sdfghjkjgfd I love *insert something* so much dfghjhgfdedfgh. Yep, we use keysmashes arguably too much but I literally don’t even care. I can talk to Sophie about whatever I’m excited and no matter what the subject is, she’ll match my enthusiasm and that’s one of my favourite things about her. She’s excellent if you wanna talk about literally whatever you want and I feel as if she’d be an amazing hype woman. (also another one of my Australian bby’s!!)

@hudusello - Dakota is the motorbike bitch (well, more cars now lol) and a future lesbian biker gang member. I always feel hella stupid talking to Dakota cause shes got a shit ton of knowledge on pretty much all mechanical vehicles and before we met I knew approximately zero (0) things about cars and stuff and despite feeling like the inside of my skull feeling as empty as the middle of a balloon, I love learning all this cool new stuff that she teaches me! I love having a good old chat no matter the subject and Dakota is such an OG on my blog. Despite having lots of different interests, I’m really glad that we bonded over a few things that we have in common (like she-ra and minecraft!! [WHICH I WILL REDOWNLOAD SOON AHHHHH]) cause I really enjoy talking. So definitely follow Dakota cause once again, a relatively small blog and also great for a fun chat if you like cars and/or are willing to learn about them

@carry-on-wayward-birbs - I LOVE THIS DUDE OML WE ALWAYS CHAT ABOUT WHERE THEY’RE UP TO ON BROOKLYN NINE-NINE CAUSE THEY’RE SUPER BEHIND BUT I LOVE HEARING THEIR REACTIONS TO EVERYTHING LOL. Even though our chats are almost strictly b99 related, we do get personal sometimes and I’m very glad that we can balance out our good and bad experiences in our friendship and help and support each other but also get so fucking pumped over brooklyn nine nine too. I actually had to leave the group discord cause the power from it was too strong for my poor mortal body to handle (nah, it was actually because I’m really scared of discord and being in a voice chat with more than one person is so frightening but IT’S NOT ABOUT ME IT’S ABOUT SPREADING THE LOVE) So definitely go follow vague!! They’re the best!! Also!! A very good writer!! It seems unlikely that SO many people would get SO lost, and yet, here you all are.

Goodness gracious. I can’t even begin to say everything I should, but the bottom line I’ll stick with is thank you guys so much. I’m the queen of spotty activity and a meme mom for the ages, so I count my blessings that even some of you are willing to put up with me, let alone the number of real friendships which have been borne out of my time with Mari. And holy shit!! thank you!! for supporting my trash girl; queen of the garbage! honestly, when I was first making Ri, I never expected her to take off-- I was pretty resigned from roleplaying after some of my long-time writing partners moved on from the scene, and made my sweet lavender girl on a whim (like all of my other daughters, cough cough). I could never have anticipated how much she would mean to me, and the connections she would open up.

So thank you all, really. You’re the reason I’ve kept coming back, and I don’t intend on going anywhere anytime soon.

WOW??? ME??? LOVE BEAR??? never heard that one before, but there’s no way I could make one of these without some of this classic Bird’s Extremely Gay Feels for Bear™ so you’re just gonna have to deal with it. To be simple about it, you’re... one of my best friends; bar none, not “from tumblr” or “from [x]” you just are; I usually keep really small friend groups, and you’re absolutely on the same level with the boys I drink and play games with-- I’d have taken your ass to town in Catan numerous times by now if it weren’t for the distance, but that’s the only difference. And I know I say it a lot but you really do inspire me. Your love and dedication to your characters, your consistency, your humor-- I love and respect you so much. Goddamn did Wylan and Mari sneak up on me.

From our businessy chats from the start, I’d never have known just how special these two would grow to become (leave Wy and Emké’s situation out of it until another day because I can only gush so much). It’s the greatest relationship I’ve ever had the privilege to write on any of my characters, and I think about them all the time. I’m so blessed to have them, and you, in my life, and I don’t intend to let you forget it.

To begin, let’s just say the best format in which to write anything on the internets is by breaking it down into a comprehensive list for no goddamn reason, other than maybe the idea that lots of people like to read lists or something because it feels a lot less like reading, and lots of people dislike reading. Right? Right.Thus, the following is a list of reasons why Star Wars: The Last Jedi is an atrocity bordering on Nagasaki levels of horror.WARNING: The following will contain spoilers and angsty disappointment.

1. Not enough transgender charactersThis one is clearly a no-brainer. Every respectable sell-out of a Hollywood screenwriter ought to know by now that their movie should contain at least one transgender, one gender-fluid, one gender neutral, and one tri-sexual character, if not more. And this is especially true in bombastic, overblown blockbusters. It disgusts me to see them disregard such a large percentage of their viewership. I know they tried to placate us with the pink-haired drag queen admiral who takes command after Leia is incapacitated, and the Asian kid who is running around with Finn the entire movie, but these characters seemed more like afterthoughts than anything else. To see them be so cavalier and conservative with their dramatis personae is just shameless.

2. It supports animal murderRight off the bat, we’re treated to a horrific scene in which Luke Skywalker, previously a shining beautiful example of a peaceful pacifist Zen master, is shown violently murdering an innocent fish with a barbed spear, then casually carrying the poor slaughtered animal back to his hut like a caveman. If that’s not enough, we later see Chewbacca, previously the most non-violent and docile character in the entire franchise, roasting a poor decapitated penguin on a spit over an open fire like some uncivilized neanderthal. Did he skin the creature while it was still alive? Perhaps we’ll never know, but it was clearly murdered with an intent to eat, and the Wookie carelessly roasts the creature’s remains in full view of its mournful cousins who must be wondering which of them will be next for bloody execution. This blatant disregard for the lives of the magical, peaceful animals of nature is truly horrifying. I can’t imagine how the filmmakers could be this vulgar. For achieving such advanced levels of technology, the people of this galaxy sure behave like feral savages.

3. Not enough wacky comedyI know there was a scene in which a confused elderly woman plays the general of an army, a riff on Karate Kid, an awkward reference to deep throating, a robot doing its best Solid Snake impression, a little kid getting mercilessly whipped by a character from a Pixar movie, Yoda acting like a weirdo again, furry anime creatures making cute noises, a guy getting unexpectedly electrocuted, enough bad dialogue to fill a Star Destroyer’s cargo hold, a fucking prank phone call scene in a Star Wars movie, and Benicio Del Toro’s face; but still. This movie could’ve used more comedy. This is made by Disney, after all, the same studio who gave us Guardians of the Fallacy, I mean every gag in that movie is just such a fucking knee-slapper, you know? Goddamn.

4. Too much explicit sexualityI was very glad to see that in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens Disney decided to completely sever all of the vulgar and explicit sexuality depicted in every previous Star Wars film, particularly making certain this new portrayal of the galaxy was as sterile and sexless as a Dominican cloister. However, they’ve decided to flush that newfound dignity down the fucking toilet with this film. You all know what I’m talking about. There is a single scene in this movie where one character kisses another character on the lips. I know it’s just a little peck, but that’s just too much. This movie is vulgar, kids should not see it. Don’t even get me started on Kylo Ren’s sexy shirtlessness, Snoke’s pervy sex offender vibes, and all of Rey’s wet t-shirt scenes.

5. Not enough Han SoloHan Solo isn’t in this movie. ‘Nuff said.

6. Female heroine needs a manRemember Rey? That amazing, strong feminist icon from Episode VII who could do anything, fix a ship, fly a ship, shoot a gun, wield a laser sword, speak any language, and conquer anyone who stood in her path? Yeah, that girl decided to take a nap in this movie. You guessed it, she’s all fire and energy, yet the moment she sees Kylo Ren’s sweaty shirtless abs this new Rey can’t resist and falls head-over-heels for a guy who tried to slice her in half the first time they met. I mean, nothing comes of it, thank god! But seriously Disney? This is just lazy writing, and feminists everywhere should boycott this movie and fire-bomb any theater still showing it, along with all the homes of those who buy tickets to support it.

7. Too much talkingAgain, this movie was made by Disney, right? So why the hell is all the talking filled with so much boring character-driven dialogue, and not a goofy joke or lyrics in a sing-a-long? I cannot imagine how they expected to tap their drooling Marvel MCU fanbase with this many narrative-relevant scenes of people talking which don’t include funny gags or nerdy references from a Tony Stark-esque character. What a disappointment.

8. Not enough racial diversityI know there’s a Spanish-Puerto Rican man, a black man, a Guatemalan man, two Vietnamese women, a few white people, another black guy, a Wookie, the previously mentioned drag queen, a Mon Calamari, some other aliens visible when they go to Monte Carlo, and whatever alien that one dude was; but still. That’s only representing a few out of, like, hundreds of thousands of other ethnic groups all over the planet, not to mention the millions if not billions of alien species throughout the galaxy whose children have no characters to look up to in this movie. The distinct lack of Jews was most jarring for me, and I wouldn’t hazard to call this film anti-Semitic exactly, but it does make you pause for contemplation.

9. Glorification of violenceDo I really need to say this out loud? Holy shit. There is so much violence in this movie it makes me nauseous. People blowing people up, decapitation and dismemberment, savagely beating each other to death with clubs, animals being whipped, children being whipped (even if it’s funny, it’s still violent), casino patrons being violently trampled to death by stampeding anime creatures, bodies being engulfed by fiery explosions, explosions engulfing explosions, and at least two cases of fanatically intentional suicide which result in the violent death of hundreds if not thousands of others. All told, it’s one of the most violent movies released this year, with a body count that likely surpasses Man of Steel and the first Avengers film combined. How can audiences be this bloodthirsty? It’s just, I don’t know, sickening. You fandom kids should renounce yourselves and practice self-flagellation, as far as I’m concerned.

10. It supports child slave soldiersIn the very first scene, the character Poe Dameron supports a group of Resistance bombers who are trying to destroy a First Order dreadnought. We see the flight leader protecting the bombers is a young girl who couldn’t be older than twelve piloting an A-wing fighter and mercilessly blasting TIE fighters out of the sky. Forgetting the fact that war is already traumatic for fully grown adults, how is the Resistance okay with putting a child in harm’s way like that? I’m astounded. This is so controversial, I can’t believe it isn’t being hotly debated by mouthbreathers all over the internets.

11. Not enough lightsabersLikely the film’s biggest transgression of all. It’s a well-known fact that the mindless drooling fans who attend the cult gatherings known as Star Wars Celebrations and sew their own costumes to wear to premieres (only to turn around and hatefully review the film later on YouTube) only really want to see one thing: lots and lots of lightsaber battles. That’s the only thing Star Wars has going for it these days, after all. And this time nobody bangs a lightsaber against another lightsaber even once. Not once in the entire movie! Jesus, Joseph, and doggy-style Mary! What pointless drivel. I’m considering petitioning the studio for a bid to get my money back after seeing this farce. Don’t they know anything about what makes Star Wars great?

Parthian shotsDespite all of these many, many flaws, Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi is not entirely without merit. There are some cool CGI effects in almost every scene, for one thing. Throughout the film we also learn some very valuable life lessons, such as:- Anime creatures have invulnerable faces that can smash through anything without the slightest injury.- Shields work best when gunfire is coming from very far away.- Any man in a position of power is either irredeemably evil or an impulsive and weak-willed incompetent fool.- All roads lead to failure.- The best way to be good at something is by sucking at it.- It’s okay for bystanders to be violently trampled to death so long as they’re rich.- All law enforcement officers are evil corrupt bastards.- Freeing captive animals is more important than freeing the slave children who tend to them.- And the only way to win a war is through the magical power of love, even if the enemy is in the process of blowing up your friends while you’re deliriously saying so.

CHILLVER: Divided by Squads, United by Heart Part 1

It's time for you to know how I feel and what I think about my classmates who became my family that has been there for me when I need a hand. We call ourselves "Chillver" because we like to chill. While everyone is busy with requirements and school works, and some don't even sleep just to finish their activities; we play, we sleep, we laugh and we CHILL. We are divided by squads, but united by heart. This is... CHILLVER NATION.

First Squad, the KIDZ.

We often call them "KIDS" because of their height, well most of them.

Whenever I hear something about their squad, the first person I think of is Krysha Lyn. She's kind and sometimes 'makulit'. And when someone calls me "Huy Perez", I know it's Krysha Lyn.

Beside Krysha is Angelika. We call her "Biccan" or "Bics". There are a lot of things I like about her, she's adorable with her addiction to KPOP and acts so sweet and innocent like a kid.

Then there's Gelli. Well, we don't talk too much, but when we do, we enjoyed talking and shares the same ideas about Taylor Swift's songs.

And lastly, Angeline. When someone talks and it sounds "paos", it's Angeline (LOL). I don't know her personally, but I observed some things about her. Sometimes she's stubborn, but I can see that she's a good friend to her friends and a good classmate to us.

Second, the INSTAGRAMMABLE squad.

We know them for having good photos posted on FB, IG, and Twitter.

The man behind their good photos is Zach. He's funny, innocent, handsome and has 'tunaw na ilong' that captured the hearts of many.

Zach's partner when it comes to photo shoots is Micah. She's the kind of girl that has chubby body but still looks good and poses like a pro. She's funny and she's my co-KathNiel fan (#OhMyKNBlueHeart).

The funniest and probably my most favorite person inside the classroom is Cirilo, a.k.a Cyrill. He's "matanamal" and "kalog". He never fails to make me laugh every time he has something to tell. He's one of the reasons why our classroom is always noisy that's why I love him sooo much. If would given a chance to be his friend, then I would probably grab it. Well, who doesn't want to have a friend like Cirilo Parallag III?

Next is Cambri, the loader .02. The best thing I like about him is his attitude; he's straightforward. If he likes something about you, he'll tell it without hesitation. And if there's something he doesn't like about you, he'll it without thinking twice. Sometimes he's a bit harsh for saying the truth. He will slap you with the truth and comfort you with words. He will wake you up with the reality you failed to see.

Amor, mi amor. I don't have much to say about her because she never talk too much. I think for almost 2 years we've been classmates, it is only 5 times I heard her voice. She's shy, quiet, and kind. I don't know her personally, but I witnessed that she's a good friend and she has a potential to be noisy in the future.

Opposite of Amor is Ysabelle. Unlike Amor, Ysabelle is dinning to the point that sometimes it irritates me (LOL 😂). But Ysabelle is a kind of person that is really fun to be with. If Ysabelle and I were in the same squad, we would probably be best friends. Thankfully, that didn't happen, because if it did it would be chaos. Hahaha, love you Ysabelle!

In connection to Ysabelle is Allan. I don't know why I can see the connection to them. Maybe because they're close and likes to nag each other? Well, Allan is a nagger. He likes nagging his friends, especially his girl friends. He's the gwapo-na-matalino-na-medyo-siraulo- kind of guy.

Nicole is the girl with a mole. Her mole and her personality are her attributes. I know her since grade 7 and she has an amazing personality that suites her shiny hair (hehe).

"Chastine", "Chas", or "Chaaaaas!!!", I adore her for being simple and kind. I like the way she laughs and the way she express herself to everyone. She's one of the nicest person I've ever met.

Angie or Gaci's so called babe. When I think of pancit, the first person enters my mind is Angie. Maybe because she knows a lot of panciteria in Tugue and when I ask if "saan masarap magpansit?", they always tell me "tanong mo si Angie."

Janina, the maganda and sweeeg. I know her for being "mataray" and "magaling sumayaw". Well really, if you will get to know her you will realize thst she's not "mataray". It is just how the way she talks and respond to people. When you get to bond and make conversation with her, you will learn that her beautiful face also defines her beautiful personality.

Frances or Anceeeet. This girl is really amazing. She's kind, down to earth, funny, and undeniably gorgeous. She's a kind of friend that you can run to when you're in trouble, supports your "galawan moves", shares secrets with you. She's been there for me through ups and downs. She's the first person I can hold on to when I'm drowning. She gives me advices, courage, hugs, and a shoulder to cry on when I need to. She's a classmate, and a friend that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

And

Queenalynn or Queenie. I admire her way of thinking and the way how she express her opinion on a certain topic. She has always something to say and her opinion matters to me.

BACCAY SISTER ft. ABY AND DANIELLA

Kaycel Baccay, the Math wizard. She's known for her math skills, pretty face, and quietude personality. But the best thing I admire about her is her effort in answering all our questions in our group chat even though sometimes her questions are being ignored.

Christine Joy Baccay, I know her for being CeeJoy. She's the model type of girl. With her beautiful body, tall height, and long and straight hair she can rock any outfit she wears.

Daniella, the bongga-ang-talino-naman-ni-ate-girl kind of girl. Well, she has all the ideas about anything. She expresses herself very well. She's quiet, but her ideas and knowledge sre very loud.

Aby, the Lyrist. I love to nag her about being a Lyrist. I know she plays the lyre very well because she won a Lyre contest when she was in elementary. Aby is sometimes quiet, but most of the time "makulit" and "loka loka". Science is never boring since I sit beside her. Go go Aby Mae!

JB and friends squad

Suyu, John Christpher Suyu but we call him JC. We don't usually notice him because he's always at the back. We've been classmates since grade 7. I know him for being quiet, chill, and loud when taking an exam.

Aivan, or should I say Calanoki. He's one of my favorite person to tease. I just like the way he rolls his eyes to me. Even though I always tease him, he still treats me well.

Aira Datul, a beautiful girl with a heart. She is a girl with soft personality and a fragile heart. Her smile makes everyone feel the her happiness.

Joe, the KodiJOE. He's the kind of person that can ride with your trips. He's our kodiJOE because of the kodigo he used when we were in grade 9. He's one of my "loko loko" classmates who made my high school life fun.

KodiJOE's answered prayer, Danica. Joe's love of his life. She's really good in science and computer. She has the beauty, brain, and skills. She's the ideal girl of anyone.

The "night shift always", Joriza. Seriously, I will miss this girl. She's the girl behind my beautiful braided hair that looks like Elsa from frozen. She's late most of the time, but she can catch up with our lessons easily.

The gentle giant, Jerameel. He's not the kind of giant that everyone is afraid of; he's the kind of giant that is gentle and an ideal friend He's the most responsible and gentle person I've ever met. He can manage things properly like being an athlete and a student.

The last two squads I will mention is where I belong. These squads are not just a squad for me. These are my family:

First, MY REPAPIPS

Let's start with Jaber, our Jabugo. She's the squishy man whom I like to punch because he doesn't feel anything. Our friends always tease him for being horny and for trashtalking when playing, but what I see is opposite of what they say about him. Jaber is one of a kind gentleman. He's loyal, he's sweet, and he's squishy. He's the kind of friend that you would love to hang out with when in sleep overs. Instant beddings.

Aian Kulet, the one of the boys who became a friend of mine. She's strong, adventurous, and pretty. She's also simple and her simplicity makes her more appealing. She's the kind of girl that is willing to give all her time and effort to the person she loves and to the Jamboree.

Gaci, the Charming one, and the national babe. He's effortlessly intelligent. When discussion, he always makes noises and you'll doubt if he's really listening or just want to make fun. But in quizzes and exams, he's always on top.

Kumpareng Lester, the lover boi. He's naturally annoying, but funny. He never fails to make me laugh or annoyed. He's like the annoying brother to me, but my life wouldn't be complete without him.

Adrian Joshua Marie B. Cabalza, Adrian, Aj, Nog nog, Binay, or Neggy. He's my favorite person inside the classroom. He always starts the chaos that I think is the happiest part. He's so extra. He's been a very close friend to me since we were in grade 8 and I'm glad that we still keep our friendship up to now. He's the kind of person that can lighten your mood, brighten your day, and make it dark at the same time. He thinks mature but acts like a kid and I think that's the reason why everyone likes to be his friend.

James Van, the short, dark and Cusing. He's kind, understanding and gentleman. He knows how to manage his temper very well. I know sometimes I piss him off but still he keeps that cool and chill aura. And that's what I like about him aside from being dark; his mature way of thinking and acting (sometimes) and his way of treating me.

Gadds, kuys, or GADDAAAAAOOOOOO. He's my Kuys, in short for kuya. All of my boy friends acts like my brother but he's the protective one. He really treats me like his real sister. He piss me off and I piss him off, too. That is our bonding, pissing each other and ruining each other's day. We really love to hang out together, but some it depends in our mood.

Lastly, my Insan Alpo. He's my favorite insan in the classroom. He's cool, friendly, and chick magnet. I love the way he directs the vines they make and how he edits it. He's cool outside but warm inside. He's the kind of man that every girl wished for. He shows everyone his coolness but he can never hide his warm heart. My insan Alpo will always be the best insan in the world.

THE DSWD, the one who took care of me (LOL)

Since I need to focus in my studies and be a good student, I transferred my seat in front. This is where I was given a chance to be close with them and bond with them.

Raquel, Raqs, Raquilita; the loud girl who doesn't talk too much. She doesn't talk too much but when she do, she's loud and funny. She's organized, and clean. Her petite body that suites her makes her beam.

Edriana, Edsieee, or Eds; the beautiful face with a brain. People say when you have a pretty face, it means you don't have a brain. Make Edriana and I be an exception to that. She has clear skin, no pores, beautiful hair, and her body is just right for her. I admire her for being effortlessly beautiful and for being smart. She's been my classmate since grade 8 but it is only now when I got to know the real her when we became close. And I can say that Adrian really made the best choice.

1: What part of the anime/manga piqued your interest?Well, honestly? At first it was Deku. He was a really cute looking kid, and is kind of odd looking and frail for a shounen protagonist. I mean, I now know that he’s like... got a very strong inner core, but that doesn’t change that he’s kind of... not typically masculine in a lot of respects. He’s a Very Nice Boy and i thought his curly messy hair and freckles were really cute. I feel like we have a lot of very generically designed anime protags lately, esp with male leads... This isn’t a criticism of any work I like, lol, its just a fact we kind of tend to have that... generically handsome dude.My first impression of both Shigaraki and All Might were that they sucked, which is funny considering they’re my favourite characters now.But yeah, the art also piqued my interest... Horikoshi’s art... I’d seen some panels of it, and tbqh the way he draws is straight up beautiful. He actually is pretty good at character design too.10: Do you have any OC’s? Describe them! If you don’t, create one on the spot.Tough! This is tough!Hm. Misao... ability is teleportation. She had an interest in becoming a hero when she was younger and actually did an internship/short stint as a sidekick. She was pretty good at delivering behind lines, helping the team coordinate, and gathering intel but... seeing as that was her only power it was kind of a risky business because a good hit could kill her (plus when you teleport -in- to a location it’s not like you know what’s going on there beforehand). She has some issues with paranoia/anxiety, and honestly herosim is a nervewracking occupation for that because you make a lot of enemies. She eventually decided to found / support an organization for children who have issues with their powers / need extra help with them, partially because she used to get lost as a kid a lot by accidentally teleporting places when she thought about them too hard. She can afford to support this because she makes ‘immediate deliveries’ across the world as her current job... She’s an old lady now, has adopted a few kids, and is probably like, vaguely well known.Pink: What are your main/favorite ships?I like Tododeku. They really are... good for each other. I like that they’re supportive, and Deku really went on a limb (ba dum tish) for Todo. They’ve both dealt with abuse and... trauma... and are handling it in different ways, and I think they’re both people who can understand the issues that would cause for each other.I like Deku and a few characters tbqh. My ideal is just that Deku is dating Iida/Todo/Ochako and Ochako is also dating Tsuyu and idk, some polyamory basically. Deku used to have a crush on Baku, didn’t turn out so great for him. It’s one of those situations where it’s like ‘I’m so sorry Deku’. He’s good with Shinsou too. Deku is.... a good boy. I like him and Kiri a lot too, I actually feel their insecurities are both rooted in similar places? Like they would’ve been good friends if they met in highschool. I’ve read some friendship fic that really makes me think deeply about them. These body destroying lil shits.I like All Might with Present Mic or Eraserhead or both, I feel like Present Mic has this... good energy, and he’s really kind to Toshi. And that Aizawa and All Might could have a lot to offer each other..... I like him with Nedzu a lot but rip no one else does. All Might and Nighteye is just canon and tragic and I feel bad :(Bakushima is a good relationship too. I’m glad they have each other. I feel like those two would have some wild parties, and idk when I think Bakushima I think ‘they are an ideal pair for a roadtrip fic about emotional issues’. Momojirou and Denkijirou are nice too.tl;dr: basically most things involving all might or deku Yellow: Favorite fanfiction about your OTP?Todoroki and dissociation, tododeku: xTwo chapter sweet TodoIiDeku fic, themes of abandonment: xI haven’t found an All Might/Eraserhead fic I really love yet. I haven’t read a lot of BNHA fic in general.Turqoise: What do you hate about your favorite ship?...I feel like most All Might/Aizawa fic focuses more on Aizawa as a character, and doesn’t nudge any of the limelight over to Toshi. Aizawa has Depression. Toshi............... is fine!There’s a lot of bland tododeku fic where you could insert literally anyone into the roles. Lot of good tododeku fic too! just. need to sort through a lot.Any time I have a ship remotely involving Bakugou I have to prepare for any mentions the author might make of Deku ._.Punk: Opinions on the Traitor Kirishima theory?Man, I feel like it mostly got nullified with the updates on Kirishima’s past, but at the same time that would be interesting for a character like Kiri? Especially when you think about how... he is someone who understands where villains come from, and ... the role Bakugou might play in saving someone if Kiri were the traitor. Bakugou needs to learn to save, and there’s Kiri.Basically, I think it was a valid theory at one point, potentially interesting in canon if it was carried out (because it would be a good development arc for Kiri probably) but.... unlikely after we’ve learnt the details of everything.14: Whose quirk do you think is the most unique?I like Present Mic’s... it’s not normally something you’d see used to fight. Momo’s is interesting too! With a quirk like that you have to be very strategic. Mirio had an amazing quirk, actually that one was probably the coolest conceptually...Also despite him being handled badly as a character, I think Mineta’s quirk is interesting since it has to be handled strategically.Metal: Which villain’s quirk would you want for yourself?Kurogiri’s, for sure.Apple: Favorite popular HC?Autistic deku and todoroki, and dissociative todoroki.Idk how popular it is, but trans all might is p canon for me.Hard of hearing Bakugou makes sense to me tooPineapple: What do you like the most about BNHA, as a whole?All Might and his... whole.... living and learning to live with not being able to do what you were once able to do. Dealing with chronic physical issues, and ... being self sacrificial and destructive, and being burdened with the weight of the world, and... his conversation with Inko where... he’s like ‘I’d die for Deku!’ and she’s like ‘ok but will you live for him? all might, you need to live’.It’s just... older mentors/characters who are willing to die, being told they need to live... or being encouraged to do so... to have their lives not just used to further their students... I don’t know that whole thing with All Might was good.
