Okay dude, this is the ULTIMATE challenge! I dare you to answer all questions for a ship we'll always hold dear; CHERIK!

1) who can outdrink the other? After DoFP probably Charles because he is a seasoned alcoholic… when they’d just met it was a pretty even match that Erik won by a hair just because he’s larger.

2) who says “I love you” more? Charles is always saying I love you without actually saying the words because that’s just how he shows affection.

3) who has trouble sleeping alone? I mean have you seen what a trainwreck Charles is when Erik is gone?

4) who swears more? CHARLES. Even old Charles in Logan still had it in him.

5) who does more of the housework? Since Charles has got to be loaded af to live in that mansion I assumed they’d hire someone to do it for them… but the problem is that this question put the image of Charles and Erik dusting the house like in Queen’s I want to break free music video in my head, complete with outfits and all

6) who forgets their anniversary? Erik wouldn’t forget something important like their wedding anniversary, it’s just that Charles Xavier is a sentimental bastard who remembers literally everything. He’d go Erik I can’t believe you don’t remember and Erik is like Charles please what did I forget this time and Charles just it’s been three months since you moved in Erik or some other event he thinks is absolutely worth commemorating

7) who steals the duvet in their sleep? For some reason I see them both as being cover hogs?? Charles is more likely to get cold at night and hog it for logical reasons while Erik will steal it back unconsciously because this is war now

8) who keeps the other awake at night with their snoring? Probably Charles. He seems more likely to pass out in a less than ideal position.

9) who finds stray animals and begs the other to let them keep them? Charles but instead of animals it’s stray mutant children

10) who usually makes dinner? Again, they’ll probably have it taken care of. I feel like they’re both mediocre at best cooks.

11) who plays their music out loud? Isn’t everything out loud when you’re in a relationship with a telepath? Barring that fact it would be Charles. Erik has airpods

12) who hogs the bathroom? Charles “don’t touch my hair” Xavier

13) who gives the most compliments? See question 2. Charles is the more verbally affectionate one. 

14) who usually starts/causes arguments between them? For serious arguments (like whether it’s acceptable to kill a bunch of humans) it’s Erik. For silly things it’s Charles. They’re a bickering old married couple without even being married yet.

15) who isn’t afraid to embarrass the other in public? Charles… he’ll smooch Erik in public so people know that the big bad Magneto is really just a gay disaster

16) who gives the other cringeworthy pet names? Charles might do it in front of his students to simultaneously embarrass both Erik and the students.

17) who fusses over takes care of the other when they get sick? Neither of them will admit it if they’re sick - Erik ignores it and goes on with his day until he collapses and Charles acts more grumpy and annoyed because his head hurts more than usually. However they both go into mom mode if the other is sick or hurt. Erik tries to get Charles to take the day off and makes sure no one disturbs him because he has only a vague idea of how to take care of a sick person. Charles is like for god’s sake Erik go lay down before you get yourself killed, I’m going to make you some chicken soup

18) who finds it impossible to stay angry at the other for long? I mean… both of them? Isn’t this just the plot of every x-men movie? They never gave up on each other even when they wished they could.

19) who clings to the other for comfort when they’re sad or scared? Probably Charles but subconsciously and somewhat reluctantly. He could be yelling at Erik to go away while also clinging to him and making sure he can’t leave.

20) who is more ‘physically passionate’? (hugs, kisses, or maybe more…) The hugs and kisses part? Charles. The “maybe more” of it? Erik (by a close margin…)
