I'm going to ignore drabbles/ficlets for this because I already know they have a pattern in the way that every single line just matters so much and I overthink them even more than the "normal" first lines lmao. That aside, I definitely like to jump right in, and would probably do making some of them a little punchier (the eternal, i cannot be concise to save my life fun times. sigh)
It’s supposed to be a simple deal.
