damn i need help thas crazy

#if my therapist doesnt hmu within a week i might end up neck deep in a binge of some sort or other rip #i need distraction something to focus on #i need to work and i need to hug the one i love until my mind is pure and slow #but who am i kidding #nothing but filth and muck there. and its so so fast. like a space ship #even when i was a little kid i couldnt be normal or even sleep it was just too intense too fast too much #chalk it up to an overactive imagination and adhd call me rude and out of touch feed me pills that make me sick #and surely the pills will make me good and normal #but it got worse it always gets worse #i need help and i dont mean the kind with crazy pills and crazier authority figures #i need friends and food and a nice fireplace and good habits and real consistent outlets #i need normal.
