#god. do i bother to email a MIT professor abt lab openings for a phd student? i mean im gonna do it #shoot ur shot ya kno but like with peace and lov i am not smart enough to get into the grad school lmao #i mean. good ppl r just looking for hard work and enthusiasm but emailing someone from a prestigious uni is terrifying #ugh. i have to do it tho. ive emailed 4 ppl so far. im prob emailing at the worst time bc schools just starting but like oh well #ill just follow up in 2weeks if they dont respond #hhhhhh so annoying. y cant i just psychically tell where i would do best? #i haven't even looked at the grad school requirements. my GRE scores are average as fuck except i got high writing scores #but im also dyslexic as fuck and didnt take the test with any disablility assistance so rip #and im not taking that shit again hahaha #a lot of schools well known for evolution stuff r the big jerk off universities. like i was talking to my dad abt it and he was like #yea going there would prob be like going to a different country. like way different vibes #im not cut throat or wealthy enough for lmao #hhhh i just wanna do science so cool that its all i think abt all the time #and i dont have to escapeism into fantasy land #tbh thats not gonna happen tho. im too much of a day dreamer lol #hhhh i should sleep. but my hearts beating too fast lol. why? what did i do? #unrelated
