#ok to rb #i made the most god awful pesto shrimp alfredo linguini thing yesterday #it was another 'leftovers as ingredients' meal #where i see what leftovers we have in the fridge and cook with whatever it is #yesterday it was pesto/corn/shrimp/alfredo sauce only #so i put it all together with pasta #because pasta is great for leftover meals. just toss shit in with noodles and you're usually good to go #um. it was Bad. #hella wet. like unsettlingly wet. i don't know where the wet came from #but it was worryingly wet. even for pasta #but microwaving it again today seems to have. like. congealed it but in a good way #and it slapped and had the perfect consistency when microwaved #so yay for that i guess #food tw
