My healths still having a time, but u have been feeling hunger more reliably and lemme tell u what. It's nice

#rant #my health issues #djdjd real talk though as far as i cqn tell. feeling hunger DAILY AGAIN is a nice STABLE sign my gi system #is working more and more reliably. and DAILY! Regularly!!!!! #which is just. so good. so good. eons better than this time last year #i havent puked in a month!!! ive felt hungry every day for a month!!! ate when i felt hungry!!! #still having gi issues of significant severity. but hearing and feeling hunger again reliably is a miracle #im so grateful #i havent felt hunger reliably since last may. may 2021. it was so fucked up #i didnt feel hunger at ALL between september 2021 to june 2022. which was so fucked up #idk what body part controls hunger but it was Broken for a full fucking year damn #its finally healing to a degree im so happy
